Adjusting air forks can be a pain. Between removing your number plate and getting past your handlebars it can quickly turn frustrating. So do yourself a favor and install the Works Connection Air Fork EZ Fill hardware and give yourself access to adjust your forks faster and easier than ever before. The EZ Fill system is a set of fittings that function as an extension of the Schrader valve on your air forks.

With these fittings your air valve protrudes for easy adjustments, but also stays out of your way thanks to the pivoting design. You also don’t have to remove your number plate or handlebars to gain access to the EZ Fill hardware, regardless of the bar’s positioning or thickness. Installation is quick, just thread the EZ Fill in, adjust to the proper torque, and adjust the pressure to your desired psi. Once you do that you’ll be ready to ride with easily adjustable forks, and valves that won’t get in your way.

    Specs:
  • Quick and easy air fork pressure adjustment
  • Reliable design for confidence
  • Compatible with standard or oversize bars
  • Works with OE and aftermarket bar mounts/positions
  • No adapters or special pump hoses required
  • Made in the USA

I have more parts sitting on the shelf that I won't use.
Life with this is no better on a KTM, it should be at 45 degrees instead of 90 degrees for my KTM in my opinion.

Works well to relocate the air valve on the wp Aer forks to make pressure adjustments a little easier. A little expensive for what it is but no other options if you need something like this.

Works great on KTM WP 48 AER forks.
These are a quality product indeed. Once installed they make it much easier to connect the pump on my WP AER 48 forks on my 2018 KTM 300 XC. You can swivel the end to where it works the best for your bar set up. There is only one even though the photo shows two. The WP AER fork has air only on one side.

Turkish Prison
Being sentenced to a Turkish prison would be unpleasant so was adjusting the air pressure on my Honda CRF450R. Works Connection makes this untidy job much easier.

Works EZ Fill
Best addition for the air forks I've had yet. I had the slipstream system but found out the lines leaked air pressure. It makes filling much easier and assures each fork is set properly. Well worth the money!

A must have for air forks
These have made checking the fork air pressure on my 2014 KX450F much easier. I have ran the bars in several positions and it worked around each one. Install required removing the bars which was cake. I wouldn't run the 2014 style air forks without them.

Does it simply screw on the air valve or do you have to remove it? 17 ktm 350sxf
Cody D on Jun 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Bleed the forks first. Unscrew the stock valve and remove. Install Works Connection valve. Takes a few minutes tops. I used a T-handle wrench and it didn't require removing my handlebars on my Honda CRF.
Will these fit with my flexxbars?
PAUL A on Apr 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I don't run flex bars but I would think with them working with my normal stock bars as long as the height isn't much different once your flexxbars are mounted they should work fine. You could always ask flexxbars as well they are pretty helpful.
Does this come with one for each fork? Or do I have to buy two separately? I have a 2013 KX450f listed as my machine.
Casey M on Oct 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: There's only one in the package - but my Husky FS-450 only has the air springs in one fork. But BEWARE: this did not fit the Husky's forks (2018 WP AER48), because the threaded part was much deeper than on the original fill valve, so it couldn't be threaded all the way in to make a good seal (or any seal at all).
This says it fits a 2017 KTM 250 SX-F, however I'm having issues. Do I need to remove the handlebars? I'm skeptical that it will even fit after removing handlebars.
Dustin M on Apr 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: They'll definitely fit that bike. You'll probably have to remove the bars because of the angle of the fill port on the AER 48 fork. But once it's installed, you should have no clearance issues.
