    Great Option for racing.
    Been running these bearings since last season- I'm now on set two. They take a lot more punishment than standard bearings and last a while if you keep them greased and clean. The bearing race was a pain to get in without a tool for the job, and is tougher to get out, but luckily it holds up well. For my second set I was able to leave the race in and install just new bearings and seals. Overall- better than normal bearings.

    Stick with factory style bearings
    Bought these last August for a long race. The bearings wore out (tons of slop) shorty there after. The biggest issue with these bearings are how they are installed. The way the press in race fits in the hub it's nearly impossible to remove. We ended up having to use a Dremel tool and a carbide bit and cut the race out because there's no way to tap it out once installed. Don't buy these for a z400 and stick with ball bearings instead.

    Waste of money
    Installed on my quad with new spindle, too much play in the bearing. Followed instructions,(though not my first time doing this, but is first with this bearing), not buying again.

    Finally the right stuff.
    Very good heavy bearing and seals. The best part is it's a tapered bearing designed for latteral thrust. Which means it should take the punishment of hard cornering. Installation was a snap, perfect fit into origainal hub landings. Don't forget to pack it with grease, and service regularly. Yes it is servicable.

    Does it come with directions on tightening the bearing?

    BEST ANSWER: I am pretty sure it did-if not on their website there is some. And if all else fails they do answer there phone and always helpful
