Lift Rope worked during tough winter with plow
The rope works well after a long hard winter. Plowed the driveway about 7 times this season and it still works fine. I thinks its a good idea to have a back up just incase it breaks.

Saves the Synthetic Rope on my Winch
This is a great idea. The synthetic rope will start to fray if I do a lot of plowing. This rope saves that from happening.

    Red plow rope
I just got this rope in November-09 and I looked at the rope yesterday and the rope looked in really bad shape. The best way to look at this rope is-- it is better spending $30 than spending $70 or more on the longer synthetic rope and wear it out in the first season of plowing snow. My atv came with a winch I ruined my steel cable the first year plowing snow so I thought I would get this rope to see how it would work this year. I do have a warn winch and I am planning on replacing my plow rope for riding season with the synthetic wire rope made for my winch.

    This is great
Seems to work easier and smoother on my winch when lifting my Tusk plow.

    Lift rope
This seems a bit expensive for a short piece of rope!

How does this attach to my blade, then to the sxs?
I have a Honda Pioneer SxS.

BEST ANSWER: The loop end will attach with your winch hook to your blade. The straight end winds around your winch spool just like the original cable would. You remove the cable and replace with synthetic rope for seasonal snow plowing. It will last much longer than the cable used on most winches.
