    works great on bigger tires

Comments On Apr 05, 2016:but doesnt work all that well on small tires at all. on smaller tires they get in the way. on bigger tires you can change tires by yoursekf safely. so all in all it ok.

    My little bead buddy.

Comments On Mar 14, 2016:I had never changed a tire before and I was a little scared. It was my first time. Motion Pro bead buddy has been a big help because I have no friends. My little Bead buddy was there to help me through it all. I was able to change my tire just by watching tire change videos on youtube. Bead Buddy II is my new best friend. Together we can change the world.

Essential part of a tire changing kit

Comments On Dec 19, 2015:The Bead Buddy is designed to hold the first part of the tire bead on the rim while the spoons are walked around the tire. But it has another function - prying the last part of the tire bead over the rim is much easier if the tire bead on the opposite side of the tire is up in the center of the rim where the nipple heads are located. This is true for mounting or dismounting the tire. There are two ways to do this: crawl around on the floor or dirt with your knees on the tire to force the tire bead in the center of the rim, or use the Bead Buddy. One is good, but two or three is even better. I carry two of the lightweight aluminum ones on the trail and keep the cheaper steel ones in the shop.

    Like a third hand.

Comments On Dec 18, 2015:I can change a tire without one but it makes it so much easier. Especially handy when I'm putting an older tire back on that isn't as flexible and need it to stay on.
