ODI redesigned the Lock On System to make it easier to install and provide more comfort. By eliminating the ouside clamp, they have made the NEW Lock-on system ideal for riders who prefer to ride on the outside edge of their grips. It’s also ideal for riders who prefer rubber ends as opposed to end plugs. The heavy duty clamp on the inside of the clutch side is strong enough to hold your grip in place without any
twisting or slipping. Now available in the Half Waffle and Rogue patterns.
  • Single clamp design secures clutch side grip without causing any irritation to riders palms or causing blisters!
  • 100% slip-free performance guaranteed.
  • Simple installation and removal without waiting for glue to dry.
  • Throttle tube included with snap on cam to match more models.
  • Knockout ends easily accomodate handguards.
  • Now available in popular Rogue design.
  • For use with twist throttles.

Great grips

Comments On Feb 03, 2015:Very comfortable and no slipping. Also like the lock on system as they are very easy to install and remove to clean throttle tube.

Too thick

Comments On Jan 19, 2015:I'm sure these are great grips if you have bigger hands but they are too thick for me (5-9. 165lbs)

Comfy

Comments On Oct 22, 2014:Coming from the factory grips, these things are amazing. Pillows for your hands. I was surprised how much nicer these made riding.

Awesome product...not a great fit though.

Comments On Oct 05, 2014:I bought these believing they would work with wrap around hand guards. There is a huge gap between where the throttle cam is inside the throttle housing and the begining of the grip. This makes the throttle tube almost a 1/2" longer than factory.
I had to modify my brake master and clamp to slide it as far left as I could on the throttle side to get it to work. Even then, I had to cut about 1/8" more than they say to just to get the tube flush with the end of the bars.
I run the Acerbus hand guards becuase they are the strongest protection for woods riding. I would not recommend these grips for use with the Acerbus guards.
I gave 3 stars because of the work required to make these fit.

Easy to install, comfortable grip

Comments On May 05, 2014:I decided to try the ODI to avoid all the mess of grip glue and safety wire. I originally purchased the half-waffle design because it was closest to what I was familiar with. The problem with the ODI half waffle is that the grip is too slim and I found my gloves would bunch under my palm and create blisters. I'm sure this grip would work great for smaller hands. The Rogue has a larger diameter. It's also a lot softer. It has a lot of grip, especially when dry. Two races down and no blisters! The diameter of this grip is larger enough that it felt a little strange at first and could be difficult on younger riders or riders with smaller hands. The ODI attachment system is ingenious and once they are cranked down they don't slip at all. The knockouts on the end make it super easy to set them up for use on bikes with hand guards too!

Quality product

Comments On Apr 29, 2014:These are a THE BEST grips I have ever had. I race motocross and fast woods and they have stayed put and take the abuse. I like the comfort too as I was an old BMX guy who loved the A'ME supercush grips! Will never buy another brand but these for life!

Clamp on is the way to go!

Comments On Mar 18, 2014:I just ordered another pair to replace the ones I bought last year, they never slipped, had great traction and are comfortable. I prefer the feel of Serfas Spider grips but I've never had a glue on grip stay put-including the originals.
