Sidi’s Crossfire TA boot is the boot you want for pure, unrivaled performance whether you ride the track or trail, dual sport or adventure, motorcycle or ATV.

The Crossfire TA shares the same blood as Sidi’s Crossfire SRS, but with a traditional stitched sole you get the familiar feel you’re used to. The rest of the TA is filled with the same boundary-pushing tech as the SRS. Tech like the non-bootie design for a slim profile that still keeps your foot comfy and dry with the supple Cambrelle lining and moisture-wicking Teflon coated mesh. A massive protection scheme on the outside of the boot is centered on the Dual-Flex System which gives unparalleled mobility along with a very short break-in period. Multiple panels of reinforced TPU cover large outer areas and replaceable hard plastic inserts protect the vulnerable parts of your foot on the lateral and medial sides. To make sure you get the most from their innovations, Sidi secures the Crossfire TA using a durable set of cam-lock buckles and hides an adjustable calf opening system at the top of the boot to accommodate a range of different calf sizes.

With this many features packed into a boot, the Sidi Crossfire TA is a clear front runner when you demand protection, comfort, and familiarity from your riding boots.

  • Manufactured in full grain leather with Lorica inserts on the front tongue and on the back joint for better flexibility and comfort.
  • Exclusive Dual Flex System and four floating independent straps were created for more flexibility; providing each rider with a more personal/comfortable fit and increased adjustment of the boot leg.
  • Adjustable Calf System: Allows the rider to adjust the diameter of the Crossfire boot at the calf. Can accommodate riders with up to a 22-inch calf diameter 14-inches above from the bottom of their heel. The inner plastic plate is made of two different materials; a rigid one to support the boot and a heat resistant one to protect the rider's leg from exhaust heat. All components of this system are fully replaceable.
  • Rigid, shock resistant, anatomically shaped heel for maximum protection.
  • Sidi's exclusive Cam-Lock Buckle System: Adjust the straps once and they will be at the same position for every ride after that.
  • Plastic shift and brake lever guards on the top of each foot area.
  • Equipped with an anti-heat undressed leather protection panel.
  • Composite Insole that is anatomically shaped to the rider. A cushioned liner is provided that can be removed if the rider desires a more roomy fit.
  • Lined with Cambrelle: Guarantees a rapid drying rate after the boot gets wet or sweaty. This prevents mold from forming and extends the boots lifespan dramatically.
  • Teflon treated mesh panels on the back of the boot allow humidity to escape while the boot is in use.

Great boots

Comments On Aug 12, 2015:Going from conventional riding boots to these is night and day difference. they have great protection and don't feel like you're wearing riding boots even on the first day wearing them.

Simply Awesome

Comments On Dec 12, 2014:I am coming from a pair of Alpinestar Tech3 boots. The buckles on these were horrendous. I would often have to get my buddies to help get the buckles undone. The boots were comfortable other than that.
Now, the Sidi buckles are awesome. They stay locked at the same tension and the lock and unlock with ease...but never inadvertently. The boots were a bit stiff...but after one ride, they feel like I have had them for years. They are super comfortable. I was worried because most reviews said they were very narrow. I have a narrow heal but a wide toe area. I normally wear a 9.5 in most street shoes but always get a 10 for athletic footwear to allow for my feet to swell. I got the 10s with the Crossfires and they are very roomy. I was rather surprised based on the reviews. Overall, the level of protection compared to the Tech 3s is night and day. Of course, you are paying twice as much. Would I buy again....absolutely.

Constant Protection After 3 Rides

Comments On Sep 30, 2014:After 3 races, they still look and feel great. The right foot front protector has lost one screw from skimming some huge rock crossings on the trail, but it did it's job which was to protect my foot !!

Best boots I've worn

Comments On Jun 06, 2014:I tried the Gaerne SG-12s, they had a bad pressure point in the ankle for me but were very nice boots. Tried on some alpinestars tech 10s, they didn't feel like a big enough improvement over my tech 3s. Then I tried the Sidis; these boots are the most comfortable to walk in that I've ever worn, and they still feel like they give more protection than the a-stars. The slim toe also makes getting your foot under the shifter easier. The kick starter plastic guard has saved me multiple times, and it saves the sole of the boot from getting chewed up from hitting the peg. Construction quality is top notch, been riding them for 6 months and no issues. Highly recommend these boots.

Comments On Apr 22, 2013:These are the best fitting boots hands down. If you have a narrow heel they're better than the SG-12s. Lighter too. The outers (leather part) have taken more of a beating than I expected. The soles are bulletproof and show very little wear after over a year. All in all the best boot you can pay for it but DO get what you pay for...quality.

Excellent boot with one very small flaw

Comments On Jan 11, 2013:This boot is awesome. I have owned several pairs of riding and dual sport boots. Hands down this boot is the best and it should be for the price. On my first ride I had a small fall. It was not dramatic by no means and no damage to the bike. During the fall my foot came off the peg and shin hit the peg. There is a small area on the lower shin of the boot thats not protected. This equated to a cut on my lower shin requring sticthes. For the price tag of this boot I would think that SIDI wouild maximize the plastic/protection on the shin of this boot. Other then the lack of shin protection. Awesome boot!

Great Mobility and Protection

Comments On Aug 20, 2012:I bought these boots after nearly breaking my foot in a dirt bike crash. They provide great protection but the well-designed joints also allow you to bend your ankles just enough to facilitate walking around while restricting just about every other motion.
If you're used to softer boots, these will take a little getting used to, but the protection is well worth it.
