    Details

The Duro HF245 Tire may not look like what you’re used to, but it’s a stiff side-walled, low profile, soft compound tire that gets serious traction on dirt tracks. The HF245 also has a unique and heavy tread pattern that works with the light 2 ply rating to keep overall weight down. What does that mean for you? It means the HF245 grips in the straights when you want it to grip. And it slides in the corners when you want it to slide.

      Specs:
    • Grips on straights, slides in corners
    • 2 ply rating
    • Large contact patch with heavy lug pattern
    • Low profile, stiff sidewalls
    • Soft to medium tire compound
    • Made for motocross, flat track, and TT racing
    • NOT D.O.T. Compliant

Great value and fun in the turns
I bought these tires to enhance the rear sliding of my Honda 350x. These make drifting around corners much easier. In addition they have great straight line grip. Really a fun tire if you are looking to slide the back end of your machine around in the turns. This is my second set. I purchased the 8 inch tires and rims first and now I moved up to the 10 inch rims and 20 inch tires for more ground clearance.

    Their stickier then they look
After riding with Turf Tamers most of my life I always wanted to give these a shot. Wow, what a surprise these are. Once you get used to the slide into the turns, which is not hard to get used to at all, you will find these hook up very well on soft or hard tracks. I was very surprised to find out they hooked up better then the stock tires going up a hill climb in which I almost flipped because these tires hooked up so well.

    Highly Recommended!

Give these a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Excellent durability. A little on the heavy side. These tires perform as described - they slide when you need to slide and hook up when you need to hook up. Great in ALL terrains - even snow!!

    Surprising!
I actually bought these tires out of curiosity just to play around with on my Banshee, but they turned out to be really good all around tires. I ran them in nasty mud this weekend and they hooked and handled surprisingly well. I forgot that I was on a "flat track" tire. A bit heavy but good and tough so far.

    great tire
I had a set of these 20 years ago when I raced MX on a trx250r and they worked great so I got a set for my trx450er to use on hard pack in door tracks. I have also used them outside and they hook up when you want it and slide well in the corners. A+

These are some awesome tire for asphalt riding. I had my first pair for over a year and they still have 50% left. I love these things.

How do they handle on sand?
    Steven M on Sep 9, 2017
BEST ANSWER: These Duros are no good for sand. I purchased these to race on flat track and they were great! I suggest a paddle tire for the sand. I use a skat trak 7 paddle in the dunes. Thanks
