Tires perform great only bummer was the tire not measuring a lick over 27.... 28x10x14
Tires perform great and handle great as well. They do ten to push a bit in the sand but I think anything but a dune tire will do this. Handled wet rocks and creek beds with ease. Only disappointment was they measure to 27 installed on a 5/2 wheel. So the 28x10x14 is in all reality a solid 27

Most out of balance tire I have ever put on my RZR.
I had hi hopes for these new tires. They do look good and get great traction on hard surfaces. I'm disappointed in how out of balance these tires are. My first drive on pavement at 50 mph+ resulted in severe steering wheel shake. Took them off and to a local tire shop for balancing. They all were WAY out of balance. The amount of lead require to balance them is ridiculous. At low speed crawling or even modest trail riding speeds, it won't be too noticeable, but at the speeds a XP turbo can run on hard pack or pavement, it's a problem. Tires for these machines need to be made to the same quality as truck tires, I'm sorry but I can't recommend these tires for the type of riding they are designed for. My stock big horns run a LOT smoother than these do at speed.

Very versatile
Light weight and versatile. Tires last forever if you rotate every 500 - 1000 miles depending on your riding style. Amazing street performance. Very little road noise and smooth ride on asphalt.

Great tire
we just pre ran the Baja 1000 from Ensenada all the way down told Paz tire handled everything that was thrown at us , smooth on the pavement handles the rock and sand with no trouble , it’s not a mud tire it’s close tread so in the thick stuff it would plug up but for desert terrain and rocky stuff this is a great tire

Maxxis Liberty
I was looking for a good multi-purpose tire geared a little more toward rough terrain/rock climbing. After compare several tires; price, reviews and reputation I decided to go with the Liberty. Maxxis Bighorns are a very good tire so I figured the Maxxis Liberty would also be a quality tire. The price compared to the Mongrels, Motohammers and similar tires is what convinced me to give the Liberty a shot. So far I am more than pleased with their performance. I don't have enough miles on them yet to comment on the tread life. I definitely recommend these tires for rough desert and rock climbing terrain!

Maxxis Liberty = thumbs up!
Machine: RZR XP1000 FOX Edition. The Liberty's are very predictable in the sand/smooth terrain (no wandering of darting), un-like the stock tires. Very quiet on the hard pack/pavement (un-like the stock tires). Great wear. I have over 500 miles on them, the rears are just now starting to show the edges rounded, and the fronts just wore the hairs off. I really like them, and I'd buy them again.

great tire
After toggling between the liberty, tensor and the chicane I went with the liberty. For the money they are perfect ! they look great and they don' t weigh a ton I will update after I put some serious miles on them but after one ride they still have most of the little rubber feelers on them!!!!

What is the weight of a 32x10-18?
MATTHEW G on Nov 10, 2017
Tire weight?
A shopper on Dec 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The Maxxis Liberty tire in a size 30x10-14 weighs approximately 32 lbs.
How are they in the mud?
Angela M on Feb 16, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The Maxxis Liberty is not made for the mud but for rocky conditions and desert, they do OK in the sand dunes. Of course they work in shallow mud but you will need an aggressive tire for serious mud. We use Maxxis Bighorns in Montana but they are too soft for the Nevada desert, we were getting a torn sidewall on the bighorns almost every ride in the desert, switched to 30 inch 8 ply Liberty for the desert and not one flat in six months.
what the best tire pressure the max or minimum ?
A shopper on Sep 5, 2017

I want to get street tires and wheels for my Ranger XP 9oo, what do you recommend and how big can i go?
A shopper on Dec 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These are great as an AT tire, Great for the street, in ref to how big, can't answer that, do not know the clearance, how your fenders sit etc.
With regards to the Maxxis liberty 30x10x14 tires. What ply are they? My main riding is Barstow Ca area. Sharp jagged rocks type of terrain. I just bought same size 10 ply "rated" Mongrels and they're junk.
jerry n on Oct 31, 2016
BEST ANSWER: These are an 8 ply tire. This tire is very good on rocks and desert terrains.
