Comments On Jun 18, 2015:I bought these to hold me over until I could get a pair of Klim Badlands but I'm not sure they are going to last that long. I use these for riding my 950 SE and in the last month I have about 3k miles in them. When the zippers get dirty they tend to stick. I think being bigger would help. I have two tears from general use in the left leg. The boot cuff material needs to be tougher. The fit was pretty good. I wear 32x34 jeans so I got the 34 waist size to wear over other pants and the fit is very good. They fit over my Leatt three piece knee pads and Alpinestar tech 7s fine. The two hip pockets are good sized and in a good position. The other two pockets are pretty worthless. I haven't got to test the water proof claim but I think the water proof layer should be on the outside not the inner most layer. They only have one vent on each leg but since they are pretty thin they stay fairly cool, more vents would be nice though.
Pro: Cheap They look good Fit is decent
Con Zippers are small very little ventilation Belt Sucks Not very durable

    Very Nice.

Comments On Jun 19, 2015:I really like this riding pant. It's well made & has nice sized pockets. It comes with a zip out rain liner & has permanent water gators that go over your boots inside. I only gave it 4 stars, because of the sizing. They are sized for taller skinnier gents. The size runs about a 36Wx34L. This is common amongst OTB pants. The length is about 2" shorter than the waist size. If I could fit my waist into a 34 then the 32 length would be about right.

    Good Pants

Comments On May 25, 2015:These have been comfortable for me in warm weather riding. Venting works well. Front pockets are very roomy, easily holding wallet, phone, small camera, etc. I like that these have belt loops, a feature most MC pants omit. I have not tested the liners against rain or cold. Plenty of room for my MX boots and knee braces/cups, with no binding.

Top quality OTB pant. Hope you ride Orange

Comments On Feb 20, 2015:Top quality pant. I had a what I believed was a predecessor to the current Klim Dakar and these pants are on par with quality and I think a better value at full retail 180. A couple of things, as noted on another review (where did it go?) there is a zip-out waterproof liner. You don't need to ride with this unless it is really cold, or raining. Appears to work as advertised, have only been in a light rain, but it does make for a warmer ride. Cuffs zip open wider, but are still connected, with two velcro tabs to protect the zipper from getting stressed. The two main pockets are great, very deep. I drop my wallet, cell phone and keys in there. Deep enough if you space and don't zip shut your stuff won't fall out. The two rear hip pockets are funky. More risk of losing things if not zipped. Good for lens cloth, sunglasses, etc. The waist/ belt system is excellent. These are true to size and you will be able to cinch down, don't order up a waist size. Only two, over the knee vents wish there was some more venting. Tabs and D-rings for hanging up etc. and leather inside knees. I do throw them in the washer and dryer on lowest setting (without water-proof liner) so far so good. The colors are a bit busy, but whatever, so many MX/Enduro pants are. I am looking to match this up with possibly the KTM Lite jacket the quality was so good. - Roost On.
