Work Good

Comments On Dec 04, 2015:Tried this as an s12xc alternative. Hook up about the same in dry conditions, but the s12 is better when its wet

Would give a zero if I could

Comments On Jul 07, 2015:Rear tire was horrible, the knobs just chunked off in huge pieces. Hard to believe considering it went on a bike without much power (Kx 65). Will never buy another Michelin dirt bike tire

hook up!

Comments On Jun 02, 2015:This thing Hooks up like you won't believe...hardly any rear wheel spin..point and shoot everywhere. and very confidence inspiring. specially in wet clay. I have it running with tubliss, and wanted a tire with stiffer sidewall for running lower pressure, like it so far. will be getting a front as well.

Not fair for me to review

Comments On May 25, 2015:I replaced a well worn Dunlop with this rear tire. The grip was much better. I am fairly new to dirt bikes so my review would not be beneficial as I have nothing to compare it to. However, I find it does great on soft dirt and rocks. Slick roots and muddy rocks are handful for me but it may not be the tire. Like I said, I'm a newb.

Best Rear Tire I've Ever Had

Comments On Apr 24, 2015:I had this rear tire and was amazed at how well it held up in the Florida sand and in the Georgia clay, and it provided plenty of traction. I replaced it with the new Dunlop MX32 and find myself wishing I had stuck with the Starcross. The Dunlop is a good tire but it does not hold up nearly as well. As another reviewer noted, stay off pavement with the Starcross if you want to get long service life out of it. You can test your bike on the road or sidewalk, but don't do anything beyond slow and easy. I'm going back to the Michelin when the Dunlop wears out...which won't be long.

Excellent tire for dirt

Comments On Mar 25, 2015:This tire gets excellent traction in all conditions. My son was able to gain a lot of confidence on wet to dry track conditions. I did notice it wears very quickly on the pavement so keep this tire on the dirt if you want it to last.
