Decent overal.

Comments On Oct 21, 2015:These tires were pretty decent. For the price they were great! I have about 4,500 with the miles being about 65/35 street/dirt and they are pretty warn out. They hardly do anything at all anymore other than role. When they were new they hooked up pretty well, the back was great! The front ever seemed to hook like I liked. Overall if your looking for a dual sport tire that gets decent mileage but lacks front bite this is the tire for you!

better for roads than trail

Comments On Oct 12, 2015:I am not a big fan of this tire for the really rocky trails. The rear tends to slide at an angle compared to the way my last tire the D 606 would just buck left or right but stay more vertical. It works well on gravel roads and pavement.

Great Tire

Comments On Jul 31, 2015:Great value. I run Kenda 270's on the front and back of my DR 650 and just on the rear of my KTM. Long lasting. Great wear. The front has lasted for two dessert rides, 1600 miles and still rolling. The rear has made it thru one dessert ride and will make it all the way to the next dessert ride in Summer 2016. Great tires.

rear tire

Comments On Mar 26, 2015:This tire is a good tire, very good wear, have put about 2,500 miles of mostly trails and fire roads on it with still about 75% tread left. good on pavement and fire roads, decent off road but is not that great in mud.

Highway review

Comments On Feb 23, 2015:tires have a little road -walk after about 60mph. Only put about 50 miles so far but hope they will brake in better. Tires look good, have plenty of traction off road as well as on the highway.

Good price

Comments On Nov 25, 2014:I run these on pavement quite a bit on my xr600. They hook up pretty well and last a surprising amount of miles for a knobby. And they are cheap.

Comments On Nov 21, 2014:It is suppose to be a 50/50. I ride daily to work 75% pavement and 25% dirt. I have had better luck with wear on a off road tire. this tire was terrible in the sand and rock. It wore quick lasted about 6 weeks.

Squirelly but sticky front!

Comments On Nov 05, 2014:I took my time reviewing the tyres. I was trying to get used to the very different characteristics to all other tyres.
The rear tyre is confidence inspiring, both in the dry and wet. It never skipped a beat, and is wearing slowly - all good!
The front... is an entirely different story. The knobbles are soft, which does mean at slow speeds it is a bit squirelly and vague to steer. Having said that, squirelly or not IT STICKS.
IF you are willing to put up with the slight imbalance while you are leaning over, but not fall... its great!!
The only reason I rated them 4 stars is that the speed rating for the front - 120kmh or 75mph is a bit slow for the occasional freeway blast.
Bur the rate of wear, price and the stickiness more make up for it.
A very good tyre. I will buy again.

Great value, great tire

Comments On Nov 02, 2014:I had both front and rear tires. I replaced non DOT knobbies with these and these are much better, especially on the street. They work pretty well in most stuff, nice on street, good on rocks, not great in mud or sand.
