Comments On Apr 25, 2016:I have had these tires on a previous bike (Virago) and I loved them. When I purchased my Honda Spirit I knew one of the first things I was going to replace was the tires. The price that Jake Wilson had was good, and they were offering a tire rebate on top of that!!! The Rt. 66 tires were installed locally and I noticed a difference right away. I don't know how long the tires will last on this bike, but I know that got through several seasons on my Virago. If I get anything close with the Spirit - I will be happy. For the price, ride, handling, and wear these are great tires.

    Nothing glorious here.

Comments On Aug 10, 2015:Fine tires, nothing special to set them apart from the others I've tried. As good as the Bridgestone Spitfire's I've used previously. When under 5000 miles, no problems but yesterday I laid my bike down because the rear tire skidded in heavy rain. It has 7000 miles and is pretty much at the end of it's life. 2/32" of tread left. I was sorely (pun intended) disappointed when it let me down as I was already slowed between 5-10mph and trying to get off the road and out of traffic. No real damage but with traffic coming, it could've been a bad scene.
I ride aggressively on dry pavement, mostly flat roads in these parts but I do make it a point to get on the few good twisty roads in the area to enjoy riding as much as I can. Still looking for a reasonably priced tire that will last more than 2 seasons with a total load of around 900lbs on them. Back to the drawing board.

Actual mileage on set of tires

Comments On Mar 22, 2015:Total confidence in the Pirelli MT66 tire. 20,155 odometer reading when installed on 12/27/2010 32,487 odometer reading when replaced on 03/21/2015. No issues until worn out, you will know they are worn out the first time you get that " pucker factor" on a gouge/ripple in the road. 12,000+ miles is good enough for me. Let me know whats better and I may try them.

    Good grip and long life.

Comments On Aug 28, 2014:I have a tendency to push my little M50 harder than it was ever meant to go. The MT66 greatly improved the cornering feel. It grips well wet and dry. So far have ~2000 miles on it with minimal wear.

    Excellent Tire

Comments On May 08, 2014:After buying a lower quality tire and riding from June to October 2012 (~8500miles), I bought this tire. October 2012 to May 2014 (~20k). Better wear and handling. Just bought another one.

    Great Tire

Comments On Jan 16, 2014:I love the Pirelli MT66. I've got them on both front and rear and they are awesome. My confidence and speed in corners has greatly improved. I've only had them for a couple weeks but the difference over the Dunlop's I had before is amazing.

    Service & Quality

Comments On Jul 08, 2013:My first purchase with JakeWilson was as advertised. The tires (front & rear RT66) are awesome on my Road Star Silverado S. They hold the road very well and track steady in road groves and give a comfortable ride. JakeWilson was recommended by several people that I ride with. Thanks JakeWilson.

    Quality purchase!!

Comments On Mar 11, 2013:First time I bought from JakeWilson.com- previous tire purchases were from Bike Bandit. Saved money here and am very happy with purchase. Has a much better feel on the road than the Dunlop I replaced. Looking forward to putting some miles on it!
