With Leatt’s 3DF Knee Guards you’re looking at super convenient, super lightweight, CE rated armor in a slip on sleeve that protects the front and sides of your knee. The armor itself is Leatt’s 3DF impact foam, material that stays soft and flexible while you ride, but hardens dramatically during an impact. The sleeve is made from three main materials, a MoistureCool wicking fabric, silicon laminated stretch fit fabric, and an out layer of Aramid fibers that resist abrasion. The guard also has a large Velcro closure strap around the top to guarantee you a great slip-free fit. All in all, Leatt has made their 3DF Knee Guards a great solution for riders that want quick on /off, snug fitting, CE protection that won’t slow them down.

Comments On Jan 30, 2014:This was my first time dealing with RMATVMC, but so far it has lived up to its reputation. They had the best prices of any other store and also only place to have everything I needed in one shop. I will most definitely be a frequent flyer with this company for sure.

Does its job, but leave a bit to be desired

Comments On Jan 10, 2014:I bought these knee guards because I was banging up the inside of my knees on my ATV fuel tank. I didn't want a hard plastic guard for free motion purposes so these were one of my only choices. I was disappointed that they didn't have a fit guide with measurements, only size ranges (when I purchased them) I bought the large/x-large size which is the size recommended after measuring tonight. They seem to fit tight/snug on the upper and lower elastic parts, but feel too large for my knee itself. They also didn't have as much padding towards the inner side of my knee as I thought they would. They do however accomplish the task I set out to buy them for. My knees no longer get bruised after races. I just wish a sizing guide would have been available when I bought them, they would fit my knees more securely, and have more padding for the inside of my knee.

    GREAT Knee Guards

Comments On Dec 11, 2012:Nice lightweight guards that fit like a glove and stay in place. The guards surround the kee to protect the sides too but are not bulky at all. They also offer a good amount of shin protection without going into the boot. I wear AStars Tech 3 boots. These guards are an A+ in my book.

Additional Comments On Dec 11, 2012:I wanted to add that the the technology behind these guards is amazing. I spoke directly with Leatt about them and it was not a sales pitch from them just direct answers to my questions about the 3 dimensional foam, the protection the guards offer, and the CE rating. I was very happy with what I was told and that is why I purchased them and the 3DF elbow guards. Chalk another win up for Leatt!
