Doesn't hold up under heavy use

Comments On May 20, 2015:This machine is started 20-30 times a day in the summer, and sits most of the winter. The starter was installed in June, and worked well for the rest of the summer. By April it was not working. Replacing with OEM.

So far, so good

Comments On Apr 24, 2015:Bought this last week after looking at all the options. Most of the reviews were good so I thought I would try this one. It was a bit cheaper than stock and with my budget it was the one to use. The fit was perfect and bolted right up. I have been using it so far for a week and haven't had one issue with it. I'll give an update after a few months.

Starter for raptor

Comments On Dec 30, 2013:My stock starter on my 2001 raptor 660 showed signs of age so i decided to replace it while i was working on the starter clutch. Once everything was together it sparked twice and then seized up completely. It had 0 trail time, or even moved out of my garage for that matter. I ended up just re-using the OEM stocker. I read the reviews elsewhere and decided to give arrowhead a try and i was disappointed. Rocky Mountain refunded me of my full purchase without question. Its just one of those parts your better spending the few extra hundred for instead of becoming a pro at replacing them.
