Tusk Clutch Cover Gaskets are made from quality materials to meet or exceed OEM requirements. These gaskets are made to replace the stock clutch cover gaskets with the same fitment and sealing properties but at a better price. Some clutch cover gaskets are a synthetic fiber type gasket while others are a rubber O-ring style. The Tusk gasket will match your machine’s requirements (same as stock). Replacing the clutch cover gasket is a must whenever the cover is removed to ensure proper sealing.

gaskets

Comments On Mar 08, 2016:I have used tusk products before, very happy with most of them, but the gaskets on the other had just do not seal. I have used them on many different bikes and ATV's and all I have is problems with them. The clutch cover is the one that I have the most problems with. It is always ripping and it just doesn't create a tight seal. Spend the extra money and buy a cometic or pro-x kit.

Great seal

Comments On Feb 15, 2016:and a very good price. Should fit a stock cover very well if it has the groove for it, can tell you a Hinson cover doesn't have the groove. Don't be like Dan and order the wrong one.

not for rfs, apparently

Comments On Feb 08, 2016:never understood how a gasket could be inherently "bad" but this guy would not seal on my 525. i was astonished at how much this leaked compared to the factory "ktm" gasket i purchased later, after reading reviews about how the Tusk for whatever reason wont seal a ktm.
there is a huge difference in material between the two, with tusk being green fiber and ktm being something . . . .im not sure how to describe but it is i think a grey fiber with maybe a coat of silicone. i put an extra, thin layer of rtv on the ktm gasket and it leaves not a trace of oil. the tusk would drip before my eyes. im not an idiot and have been wrenching on things for a while so i cant chalk it up to "mis-tightened" bolts

another great tusk product

Comments On Oct 16, 2015:I have had great luck with tusk products. Affordable and good quality. Don't be fooled by the more expensive gaskets. It's just a gasket. You could use newspaper if you took the time to cut it out and layer it.
