Great coolant option.
I can’t tell a difference as far as cooling but it is a great coolant. I use it in my DRZ400SM after flushing the stock Suzuki blue. The orange does make finding leaks easier.

KTM 250xcw and 500exc
I use LP coolant in my 2011 KTM 250xcw (2T) and my 2014 500exc dual sport. On the 500 I have installed a Simco hose kit which eliminates the thermostat. I have added a Tusk radiator cap with built in temperature gauge which is a great product. Given the green/yellow/red bands on the dial I can see how the motor temp is doing with just a quick glance.

On easy trails and dirt roads the temp holds steady at 150*F which is the top of green range just before going into yellow. When I get into slower more technical trails the temp will move up to 180*F and the fan will kick on and hold temp there until I get back to easier riding. The bike never goes over 180*F. I have never ever boiled the system with this setup.

The two stroke bike are generally less prone to overheating but given the good performance in my 500 I put LP coolant in the smoker as well. This bike still has the thermostat in place and is stock expect for a higher compression head from a 250SX. I generally ride at 2500' to 8000' elevation and the higher compression really picks up power across the rpm and has less power loss at high elevation. Like the 500 I have never ever boiled the system with LP coolant

well, there has to be at least one naysayer....
I have a KTM 500 EXC that runs Single Track at an elevation of about 6500 ft. I currently have a Boyesen Super Cooler Water pump on my KTM to help with the cooling issues. I followed the coolant instructions by flushing my system of old coolant, then filled the system with this stuff (supposedly high performance racing coolant). With the temperature around 60*, you'd think my bike would have been hovering around 200* or so. Nope, it was up around 218*, with the cooling fan running constantly. This doesn't say much for this "high performance racing coolant". Previously I had another blue colored coolant with a stock water pump. While riding in phoenix, my engine temperature was about 210, which was expected for the 80* heat. I'll be draining my bike of this "stuff" and putting the blue coolant back in before my next ride.

Best ANTIFREEZE coolant out of testing
We had Engine Ice, Peak, distilled water, Maxima, and tested all at idle and at running condition. This was the only coolant that was able to come close to withing 5 degrees fahrenheit of matching distilled water, but it does have a huge benefit that distilled water is lacking, how much it takes to boil over as well as freeze. This benefit is going to achieve less engine wear, and keep it running longer. We will be testing Evans Coolant in the near future to gather those results, but until we do, this is what we have found to work best for an out of the bottle coolant.

Works well, is orange, non-toxic + biodegradable.
I've been using this mixed 75/25 with water for the warmer months here (-5°C to 35°C), and it's worked at least as well as the stock coolant. Never had it boil over, so I can't say at what temperature that might happen...

I was considering switching to a different coolant for the colder months, but this stuff has resisted freezing when it was watered down so it should be plenty safe to use un-mixed in the winter.

Bonus for being orange, and for being slightly less toxic than other options.

It is good for a Polaris 1000 turbo?
gabriel p on Sep 4, 2016
BEST ANSWER: this coolant works great in my ktm350 and my street bike I can let my bike idle when I'm in the trails longer and I get no over heat so I strongly recommend this coolant over engine ice .Serg321
It says it is pre-mixed with water. For my KX250F it says to mix half coolant and half water. Can I just use this coolant straight up? or should I mix half?
Carson H on Nov 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes run this straight. But make sure you flush your system first of all the old coolant. This stuff is amazing at keeping bikes cool
