Acerbis Chain Guide Block 2.0
Offers greater overlap to rear sprocket than OEM reducing chance of thrown chain, better design and more room for chain to pass through without creating drag, although it makes a little more noise (nature of return memory polyurethane plastic), two pieces with replaceable rub block that installs as bottom piece doesn't require removing chain to install, absorbs impact and returns to original position unlike metal parts.

Go with something else.
After only 3 hours of riding, the entire block cracked in half from normal motocross use. Not rocky off-road riding. I wouldn't recommend.

Does this come with mounting hardware?
Wesley W on Jun 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I bought this chain guide for my 2007 CRF450R and it came with all required nuts and bolts to mount directly onto the swing arm bracket. Fits perfectly and works like a charm!
Does this come with the insert also?
Travis M on Jan 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it does come with the wear pad and block. I believe you can also purchase new wear pad once the original wears out. The wear pad fits in the bottom of the bock and there are set screws that you can access from the bottom of the block, to pull out the old one and put the new one in. You do not have to pull the entire block off to replace the wear pad, which is a nice feature.
Can you run a oversize rear sprocket?
A shopper on Oct 3, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes, I am. My bike (12 CRF450R) came with a 48T from the factory. I am currently running a 49T, but have run up to a 51T. This is the best chain guide I have ever used, and I've tried quite a few to include the T.M Designs.
Will this guide fit oversized or o-ring and x-ring chains?
Todd R on Apr 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: i only use a o ring chain on my 2006 RM 250 since 2008 when the original one wore out. and and this replaced it just fine
on a KX450 2009, will this work with a 52 tooth rear? The stock guide will NOT. Thank You.
JAMES P. on Apr 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Not 100% sure. I ran a 51 tooth on my previously owned kx450. Might have to try lower guide block a little but only guessing.
