Adventure and Dual Sport Lighting

Nothing increases the versatility of your adventure bike more than additional lighting. Rocky Mountain ATV/MC carries a vast collection of auxiliary lights that range from small light bars to miniature spotlights that still put out an incredible amount of light. We also carry the mandatory lights like led turn signals, led headlights, replacement brake light assemblies, and bulbs for any one of the lights on your machine.

  • Cyclops Adventure Sports LED Upgrade Replacement Headlight Bulb

    You actually receive newer bulbs

The bulbs received are actually the second generation, so they are brighter than the description on the RM website. The install instructions for the KLR could be clearer but I was able to figure it out. You do have to trim the rubber boots on the KLR (Gen 2) so that the two halves of the bulb assembly click back together. All that said, wow are the headlights brighter now. I just installed them so no long term durability rating, but my rating is based on the fact that they should last longer than standard bulbs.

Love the extra visibility on the road!

Crazy how much better this little things up from the stock light bulb. Quick and easy to install. Only downside is having to cut the rubber seal to get it back around the bulb and fitting in the extra wiring. But still very easy to mod.

Cover falls off (fire power admitted to faulty prod...

I experienced a similar problem with the cover falling off. I then contacted fire power directly and they admitted the product had a design flaw. They sent me a new one with Longer cover screws and the plastic where the screws were inserted appeared to be thicker. Once they fixed that it worked great. (third try....) Not sure if they have fixed this for all of them....

Used for 1in Bars on Harley Super Hooligan Build

I have used this on many different bikes that I have converted to be plated and road legal. This build was a 1993 Harley Super Hooligan Race Bike. The purpose of this was to have minimal handlebar controls replacing the gawky stock Harley control that take up both left and right handlebars. There is a lot of room on this module for alteration, a light dremmeling or sanding will open it up to the 1in diameter needed for fitment. Even after dremmeling there was still excellent seal around the bars to prevent water/debris from entering the wiring section. Since I had a single mode headlight with no selector as a lot of Hooligans do, I ran the headlight hi-lo-off switch as the handlebar kill switch which is required under RSD-Super Hooligan race specs. It fit so well that I felt worth sharing for anyone else that might be doing a build with 1in bars as I was unsure when I purchased if it'd work
