Of all the upgrades you can do to your quad to improve its horsepower, adding an aftermarket exhaust is among the most popular. Installing an ATV exhaust is something that many enthusiasts can do themselves without the need of visiting a mechanic. And once it’s on, you will enjoy a noticeable improvement.
A good exhaust is essential on any sport quad used for racing, but it can be a big deal for recreational trail riding or dune shredding as well. And aftermarket exhausts aren’t limited to sport ATVs either – there are also quite a few options for big bore machines. Regardless of what your ATV’s power level is at the moment, you can give it even more power with a new exhaust.
Of course, power is just one half of the coin. The other is sound, and there’s no shame in enjoying a deeper, throatier sound that an aftermarket exhaust provides. After you upgrade the exhaust, you will be able to appreciate a distinct resonance from what your stock exhaust currently offers.
Are you ready to upgrade? At Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, we’ve assembled an excellent selection of exhausts. Whether you need a new silencer or head pipe, we’ve got it. We’ve separated our exhaust parts into three major categories:
These three categories separate our ATV exhaust options into easy-to-identify sections. If you’re looking for exhaust tools and accessories, we’ve got a separate category for those too. That’s where you’ll find all of the complementary exhaust parts for your quad. For example, if you need to install a new spark arrestor or repack the silencer, you’ll find what you need there.
When you’re ready to upgrade your ATV exhaust, you can rely on Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Our entire focus is to make sure that you’re happy with your machine’s result when you’re finished shopping with us. That’s why we carry the big names that are known for quality – FMF, Pro Circuit, Yoshimura, HMF and others.
Another important element of a new exhaust is whether it’s practical for how you want to use it. That’s why our inventory covers products that feature appropriate decibel levels and often include spark arrestors. Regardless of whether you hit the trails, the track or the dunes, we want to make sure that your exhaust enhances your experience and doesn’t introduce problems with any applicable regulations.
When you find an exhaust on our site, be sure to check out the product description to get all the info you need to determine whether it’s right for you and your quad. This is often where it will discuss the decibel level and whether it comes with a spark arrestor. You can also take a look at the customer reviews; that’s a great way to see how others liked a particular exhaust.
Don’t put off upgrading your exhaust. Begin by choosing one of the categories on this page to see what we have to offer for your machine today. Whether you’re looking for a new silencer, head pipe or both, we have what you’re looking for. Looking for more ways to increase your quad’s power? You might also want to check out our EFI programmers for fuel-injected machines. Soon, your ATV will feature more power and a richer tone – and a happier rider.

A bit louder and did not notice any power difference, but need a forest approved spark arrester. Since my original pipe is slightly damaged, the fitment was a bit difficult.
