The Bolt Billet Aluminum Chain Adjuster Blocks are your first step towards making maintenance much easier. With some clever engineering Bolt has designed a set of Chain Adjuster Blocks that holds your wheel back in place as you tighten your chain, even when your axle is removed. With the retained adjustment screws the blocks hold themselves in the block channel, eliminating the need for a jam nut. No more fumbling with two wrenches for adjustments! The blocks are made form a super durable 6061 aluminum alloy that’s color anodized and laser etched with aligning marks for accurate adjustments.

    Specs:
  • Retained adjustment screw holds blocks in place while tightening and when axle is removed
  • Eliminates need for jam nuts
  • Enables use of just one wrench during adjustment
  • 6061 aluminum alloy construction
  • Color anodized to match factory colors
  • Laser etched, easily read alignment markings
  • Stainless steel hardware comes coated with anti-seize lubricant
  • NOTE: Kawasaki models replace castle nut and cotter pin with included Fuji style lock nut

Bolt Billet Aluminum Chain Adjuster Blocks
1) These provide accurate, precise adjustment of rear wheel 2) Blocks remain in place when axle removed
3) On YZ's, both straight sides of axle now have flat support
4) On KTM's, axle is threaded in and nut/washer is recessed
5) Makes quicker adjustment changes
6) Only one 10mm wrench needed for adjustments
7) Looks Factory Trick
8) Enough Said, Get em!

Great chain adjuster blocks
These chain adjuster blocks work very well. Better than stock since you do not have to don the old wrench in the sprocket deal to pull the wheel back to challenge chain tension. They look good & have easy to see mark for precise locating. Would definitely recommend.

Makes your life easier when adjusting the chain and or pulling/pushing the axle
Only takes a few minutes to install and save you gobs of time when adjusting your chain...so much easier now. Plus makes it easier to install the axle since the adjusters stay put when you pull the axle. The best part is the adjuster lines are easy to see for chain adjusting...stock stuff is a joke

Look cool and they work.
The blocks fit perfectly in the swingarm and they work as advertised - no slop while aligning your marks during chain adjustment. And the anodized green looks great. I would definitely buy again.

Great product!
Love these! They make adjusting the chain a one wrench operation and hold the adjusters in place when removing the wheel.

Great solution to a problem
Bolt axel blocks, turned out to be a perfect solution and fit to a complete restoration/rebuild. I recently did a complete rebuild of my 1st 4 stroke ever bought. 2004 YZ250f. The stock axel blocks were old, abused and a pain to adjust. Decided to try the Bolt blocks and wish I had installed them 12-13 years ago. Turned out to be a perfect solution to the problems I had with the stock blocks.

I like them
Had to dremel out one side where the bolt sits in due to a machining error. Other than that these are very nice to use

If my original bolt was seized an I had to get the tusk repair kit with the sleeves will this thread into those sleeves or is it jus made to go into the stock holes?
Tanya D on Jun 2, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Just goes into the stock location on the swingarm, if your other adjuster threaded into some sort of repair sleeve than this one should too.
What is the material that the adjustment screw is made from? Is it stainless, titanium or just standard carbon steel?
A shopper on May 6, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I don't think it is titanium. Probably stainless shows no signs of rust after a year on bike.
The bolt in the video is different than the picture of the one for my 2009 crf450r; is the nut on the bolt, (for the 2009 CRF450r block), tightened against the block after the adjustment is made, (by turning the bolt into the swing arm)? It does not appear a wrench can be inserted into the block to turn the bolt for adjustment.
MICHAEL G on Mar 16, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can get a wrench in there easily. I bought these for the first time last year and I'll buy them all my bikes in the future.
Is there any other colour choice other than charcoal/black?
Warren V on Jul 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Colors vary by machine. If there is not another option in the color drop down then unfortunately there will not be another option.
