  Great add on to my 450 for when i do trail rides. Have not had an overheat yet. I paired this with a tusk high pressure rad cap and have had no issues. The fit was right on and install was a breeze. Came with the gasket which is always a plus. The only issue i ran into was how close my WC skid plate was too the cooler once installed. It was pretty much touching on the cooler cover and one of the cooler screws. Easy fix was to take some heat to my skid plate and use some big plyers to bend it out a little. 5 stars because you are getting peak performance and 5 star looks.

  Fit on DRZ400s with Acerbis tank

  I put these on my drz400 and they work well. BUT, I did have to cut about 5mm off the top edge on the left side to accommodate my Acerbis gas tank. The S model guards do not connect on the back of the radiators which makes them easier to fit but are not as strong as others.
