  Good material - Straps are fixed

  Good material and sheds water very well. It is atight fit on a 24 Polaris General 1000 XP. The zippered door access is actually the door shapeinstead of just a slit like some other covers and allows easy access. I would give it 5 stars if the tie down straps were not permanently attached on one side. They are bothersome when taking the cover off.

  Good rain protection on the upper half of the bike. I'm using it on a 22 klr650 with medium aluminum panniers and it is able to fit around them. Offers better solar protection than a lot of other covers. I'm on my second cover as the first one ripped on one of the sharp panniers corners the second summer. Not bad for the price.

  NOT waterproof

  This cover is great for keeping your bike out of the elements. i wish it secured betteer for transporting but it should only be used when the bike is stationary. also it is not waterproof. it will keep the bike clean but dont expect it to keep your bike dry in a rain storm.
