Aftermarket dirt bike exhaust systems are among the most popular upgrades that off-road enthusiasts seek. Why? After the kids rattled the stock pipe on a TTR110 off the bike I bought this to replace it. Bolts on super easy and is made of much thicker tubing than the OEM pipe. Not much performance to be gained on such a small bike but it is solid and runs nice and quiet.Read All Reviews

This is a great way to get your stock pipe spark arrested and not have to buy a complete silencer. Quality of materials is excellent, and I haven't noticed any power loss or change in sound. It took me a long time to install because I didn't have the right tools, but if you have them it should take about 30mins. You'll need a strong 3/16 bit (cobalt) and a powerful drill to drill out the rivets. After that the process is simple.Read All Reviews

I wasn't able to buy this product from RMATVMC for my Yamaha YZ250X; saw it here and purchased directly from Flatland Racing. Judging by the pictures of the Tusk pipe guard, the Flatland is much beefier. Appears to be the best choice if you don't want a carbon fiber pipe guard. Hard to rate value because there is nothing really to compare it to. All other aluminum pipe guards I've seen appear to be too small. Less aluminum = lower price. The Flatland pipe guard wraps all the way up the sides of the pipe and covers more front to back, so it has more aluminum = costs more. The value will likely come from not having to buy a new pipe. The smaller pipe guards just don't look like they'd work very well- so yeah you might only pay $25 for something like the Tusk, but you'll probably end up needing to buy/fix a a pipe. All that being said, I haven't actually ridden with the Flatland pipe guard yet, so take my comments for whatever they're worth. Fit and installation are good/easy since it's just a few hose clamps, and the aluminum flexes a little. Bike: 2019 YZ250X with stock pipeRead All Reviews

I was skeptical at first how much I'd like this pipe, especially with the factory selection. When I had received the pipe I was thoroughly impressed with the build quality and it looked great. I did some reading, you definitely need to take care of the factory look to make it not look corroded. Overall the installation was a breeze and line up perfectly.Read All Reviews
