I really like it, however there are a few cons, I didnt receive the nuts for the bike hold down, not a big deal just picked some up. Second, I have a 2002 Xr250r and if it was any wider the bike would not work on this rack, my dads 600r doesnt fit. That out of the way, it went together easy and is so much nicer than putting the bike in the truck, also makes a great stand to work on the bike. I would definitely recommend, and Im confident Rocky Mountain Atv would get you the missing parts if you got ahold of them.

Works as intended. Only thing is it does not fit smaller bikes like my son's 125. I had to cut it down to make it work.

Works but the top doesn't really fit the contours of the inner fender.

Holy wow. This thing is amazing. Over engineered in a very good way. So easy to load the bike by myself compared to the ramp style hitch haulers. All jacked up stands behind their product's and their customer service us second to none. There is a reason these are always sold out. Supe high quality. Super easy to assemble and use. I would have definitely paid more for this. The craftsmanship is second to none. Don't go with the Ultimate MX hauler, it's junk compared to the switch hauler. Spend the extra cash and get this, you won't be disappointed! I seriously can't say enough about this thing. I absolutely love it!

I bought the steps for my wife to handle the kids bikes when needed and they work good enough that she is comfortable doing it by herself. I am surprised at how much I like them myself. They do have room for improvement on the storage latch as it needs to latch on both sides to hold it tight and keep it from coming loose after a couple trips.
