  Worth it for those that need them.

  Expensive, but you get what you pay for. These will take away much of the vibration to your hands, wrists, and arms. You don't notice them flexing, but you will notice how much less fatigued you are after a long ride, especially if you have a lot of brake chatter and go at higher speeds. Gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they are pricey and the aluminum version are double the weight of my stock bars.
