If arm pump is a problem you regularly deal with, it might be time to look into getting a Fast Flexx 1 1/8" Handlebar to increase comfort and get your grip strength back. Fasst Flexx bars reduce arm pump by isolating vibrations and impacts, keeping them away from your hands so you can retain much more of your grip strength without suffering from arm pump.

Fasst Flexx bars do this by mounting each bar end on a hinged pivot point that is free to move and compensate for bumps and vibrations. The movement of these pivoting bars is then leveraged and dampened by a set of elastomer bumpers mounted underneath the pivot joints. These elastomer bumpers control both rebound and damping , so while you won’t feel movement if you’re just pulling back and forth on your bars, a large amount of numbing vibration and jolting impacts will be directed away from your arms and into the Fasst Flexx Handlebars.

This fatigue-reducing design is built into an assembly that handles abuse easily thanks to the 7000 series aluminum alloy materials, adjustable elastomer bumpers in 4 different densities, and a wide variety of bends that work for nearly all riders. Plenty of riders swear by these bars, and if arm pump is an issue for you we think the Fasst Flexx Handlebars are a great way to help solve the problem.

Watch our video for more information.

I cannot tell a single difference between these and regular handlebars.
**I BOUGHT THESE FROM THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY, NOT RM.** I bought these specifically to reduce fatigue and arm-pump, and they have honestly not helped with either. I have about 10 hours on them so maybe my opinion could change but I cannot feel any sort of give or shock absorption in these handlebars. I have tried all of the polymers and am currently running the softest possible polymers with only 2 threads showing instead of 3 on the adjustment nut to give it more give and even STILL I think these bars have an extremely harsh feel to them. They feel absolutely no different then the stock 1 1/8" renthal bars that came on my 2013 KTM300XC. I wanted to like these bars so much because of how harshly I suffer from arm-pump (it's my fault because I took a 4 year hiatus from riding) but I even bought the anti-vibration inserts and I notice the SLIGHTEST decrease in vibration with the combo of the 2 products, overall its still very prevalent. Like I said before, I've tried every combo of the polymers and I actually can't tell a difference between any of them. They all feel the exact same. I had 1.5 hours on the stiff ones, 1.5 hours on the medium compound, and currently have 7 hours on the soft ones. They don't feel worse then the stock handlebars, but for over $500 spent on the setup, I should be able to say a little more then "it's not worse". HUGE disappointment.

If you have bad shoulders like most older motocrossers these bars are for you. I used to have Severe shoulder pain after a weekend of riding, but since i first purchased a set some years ago it greatly reduced it, plus it reduces arm pump like you wouldn’t believe! I recommend these to everyone.

Work and feel great!
I have sprained both wrists riding in the past and have always felt pain in my wrists when riding until I started using flexx bars. Now I can ride as long and hard as I want without any pain!

Nice bars.
These are the best bars I’ve ever owned. I don’t think I’ll be able to use anything else now. It has helped my riding position and arm pump. It’s reduced the shock on arms with big hits too. Very versatile. I run the yellow spacers.

i have a ktm 300 xcw 2018, which of the different models, do you recommend??
Carlos W on Apr 22, 2018

I run a LTR xc and what degree should I run ?
A shopper on Jan 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I am most comfortable with the 12 degree as it is the same sweep as the newer KTMs
Will the Odi V2 Emig MX Lock-On Grips fit with these?
Cody B on Nov 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes.
I have KTM 525 XC. If I get this handlebar what other part should I get in order to fit the handlebar to the ATV?
IVAN I on Aug 17, 2016
BEST ANSWER: This specific handlebar has a 1 1/8" diameter where it clamps to the machine. Your mounts will need to be able to accommodate the 1 1/8" bars. If you have 7/8" bars on there now, we recommend purchasing Part# 1032100001 - Tusk Universal Big Bar Clamp Kit.

Does it come with a bar pad or do I need to buy that separately?
John T on Aug 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It does. Mine was shipped with the Gray 1. I would assume that's their default color. I wanted a different color so I had to order an extra pad. Maybe worth a shot to ask Rocky Mountain if you can get it with a different color when you order it?? Hope this helps.
I have a 2006 TRX450R stock and was seeing what else I need with these bars so can get everything at once so I use them right away?
Newt R on Feb 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The only other thing that is will be needed would be oversized bar clamps. They don't send the black(stiffest) elastomers with the bars. If you wanted stiffer then the reds, yellows, and blues you would have to order those separate. Most people don't use the blacks, I happen to because I don't like much movement, but for a TRX450 its doubtful you will need them.
Are these universal fit to any dirtbike?
Evan B on Jun 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No there machine and rider specific. There are different bends high and low. Best thing to do is call Fasstcompany and they can walk you through what you need. They were very helpful
Does the flex bars come with the mounts foor my bike?
A shopper on Dec 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Some applications are a direct fit, and some require risers. Check Fast Flex website for your specific application. Risers are a separate item you will have to purchase .
I'm 6'5" and race expert cross country. What bend do you recommend?
A shopper on Jan 15, 2019
BEST ANSWER: That is entirely personal preference. I am 5'11" and run the 12 degree enduro bend. The main reason for that bend, is it matches the bend on the flexx bars on my other bike, and I wanted them both to "feel' similar. Plus, I have never had the push/pull feel issue with them that I've experienced with other bar bends.
Which bend would I get for my yz250f 2015?
Josh T on Dec 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It’s completely up to how you like your bars to feel. The best thing you can do is look up the width, height, and degree of sweep on your factory bars and use that as a baseline then go to Fasst website and look at the table that shows you the bend dimensions of their bars and get the same as your stock or modify where you think it would feel better like for example maybe taller, maybe a little more sweep , etc. I have a CRF250R and run the 12degree Moto bars FL-1001-12-32 and love them. One thing is for sure though and that’s after you ride with Fasst Flexx bars you’ll never want to ride without them again. Good luck
Do these bars easily accept hand guards, like the Acerbis Rally Pro-X style?
Adam B on May 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes and no, the handguards will fit with the Flexbar mounting hardware. You cannot use the bar clamps for normal handlebars. The mounts for Flexbars have a bolt that runs through the pivot holes.
Will these handles bars work on a ltr450?
A shopper on Jan 5, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The fast flex website will show you which bar and riser combo will fit your bike. The bars are worth the money, they relieve a lot of upper body stress. Can’t say enough good things about them
Im 5.7 and i race a 07 trx450r. Should i run quad low bend with a +1 steering stem or racer bend?
Tyler C on Jan 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hello, racer bend it’s better, im 5,9 and 14 quad low with +1 it’s too low
I would like to know if these can work for a 2015 crf250x? If all I need is bar mounta then I should be good?
Tammy H on Aug 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: They’ll work. I’ve ran a set and wasnt crazy about them. If you cut them down for single track they get a little cramped. But i have a friend thats an A level rider that loves em.
Can you use these with ROX Risers?
A shopper on Apr 1, 2020
BEST ANSWER: This was an exact fit for my 2017 Husky fe450 handlebar opening, which was a standard 1 and 1/8 or whatever. All rubber/plastic grommets are quite hard, and I dont quite feel any flex, which I was expecting, but I'm not a hard riding pro. Shift and brake adjustments were thrown off and I still haven't compensated for that. It's a well made item.
I am a beginner rider and I'm 6ft what bend would you suggest I ride a 2012 rmz250.?I ride motocross
Isaac P on Mar 7, 2020
BEST ANSWER: You can go to fasst co. and they have bend chart to help you decide. I have a 2013 rmz250 . I went with stock bend which was 14 degrees. I’m 5’11. Remember when riding motocross you want to be in an attack position so going with a taller bar may promote bad posture . Good luck.
Can you thread the ends for handguards?
craig d on Feb 9, 2020
BEST ANSWER: I bought the hand guards made for the Flexx bars. The guard mount goes inside the bar end and expands like most bark busters
Everyone I know running these has issues with rotating their controls down since the clutch and brake line hit the flex bar. I like to run mine low. Would the enduro bend being 1" smaller give me the clearance to rotate the clutch and brake further down?
Lars B on May 7, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I’m not sure which bend I have on my flexx bars but I’m limited how much I can rotate them the only complaint I have other than that they make a huge difference
Will these work with Flexx bars?

What size is recommended for a KTM 690 Enduro? (2017)
A shopper on Mar 28, 2020
BEST ANSWER: The best thing to do is call Fasst Flexx directly and ask them that question. They will ask you some questions and recommend the bars you’re going to need. Both times I’ve gotten these bars I’ve called them first and couldn’t be happier with their recommendations.
I have a 2001 RM 125. Will these handle bars fit on my bike? If no, then why?
A shopper on Mar 15, 2020
BEST ANSWER: Depends on what mounts are on your bike. Stock mounts for that bike fit 7/8 handlebars. Flex bars fit in 1 1/8 mounts, the same as protaper bars. Either measure your handlebars or the mount to know for sure.
Have a 2019 DR650 all stock and am starting to make some changes . Anyone swap out their bars for these on their DR650's and does everything fit in the same place as the stock bars i.e. switches mirrors clutch and brake levers etc ? Thanks - E
ERIK G on Sep 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: These are a great swap from any stock bars for vibration and bumps, the space on the bars is slightly limited because of the design, but only just slightly. I have an Urmosi throttle and a handguard setup and it’s pretty snug but I run wider grips and I race, there is still a little space leftover between everything.
My new Beta requires a lot of "stuff" mounted on the handlebars (8" worth on both sides), plus I run my bars really narrow and am asking how narrow can these Fasst bars can be cut down?
Fitzhugh L M on Jul 11, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I Like my bars as far as function, but felt they were tight on room. Might depend on bend/style though? I purchased the enduro Honda High for my 16 Beta 250. Had trouble fitting everything and cutting down narrower. Maybe MX syle would give more room? I didnt go as narrow as i us too (29") due to not running steering stablizer. I'm at 32" and hardly can reach e start with my thumb & fit levers pointing down like i like when standing. Sc
i have a 2017 yz 250fx and i race alot of harescrambles. what size/ bend should i choose?
Garrett R on Dec 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I run the 12 degree CR/CRF bend. It’s the closest I’ve found to stock bars. Work excellent for fatigue, I like running a yellow and blue combo when it comes to the bushings.
Which bend is closest to factory. 2017 ktm 150 xcw?
corey j on Apr 30, 2018
BEST ANSWER: You can measure with a straight edge if you want the same bend. I like the 15 degree pullback on my yz250x. If you are tall or stand a lot then get the higher bar.

BEST ANSWER: What your going to want to look for is the cycra handguards that are designed for the flexx bars. They will not require any inner brackets because they will bolt into the pivot point sleeves on the bars.
I have a 2016 KX450F and am thinking about getting these. Does it come with the pad? And what degree of bend would you recommend if the oversized bar adaptor says it adds an extra 3/4''?
Cody B on Nov 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Fasst has a sizing chart on their site that is very helpful in helping determine which bend you want. The bend depends on how far back you want the sweep and the height. The higher the degree, the more swept back the bars are. Generally Enduro bends are lower than Moto bends. Also, no bar pad is included.
Which bend would I get to replace the YZ450f 2015?
A shopper on Nov 11, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I believe the 12 degree enduro. I think they are about 1/4" taller but are the closest. Call the company to be sure. They are great to deal with!
