After years of just dealing with and trying to jet around the dreaded lean bog that plagues the '06 CRF250R, I finally broke down and decided to give this kit a try. All I can say is WOW. Why didn't I buy this kit sooner? The instructions were pretty straight forward, and I installed the suggested needle, main jet, and set the recommended float height (found on their website). Just riding it around the yard, I noticed that it was noticeably easier to start, and it was MUCH more responsive off idle which translated into a much harder hitting feeling off the bottom. I haven't track tested it yet, but I was able to get the bike to bog while it was just on the stand. HOWEVER, I noticed that in order for it to bog, I had to snap the throttle much faster and harder than before. Once I take it to the track, I will be able to verify if the bog has been cured or not. It's not entirely uncommon for the bike to bog on the stand like that, so I'm still hopeful. Also--the kit does address the lean bog issue and includes O-Rings for the AP timing screw. Only complaint I have with this kit is for the money, it should have included some pilot jets. So make sure you have a couple clean pilot jets with you if you order kit PN JDH002. Not a fan of this. Can never tell when it?s screwed in all the way or not. Have torn two of the tiny o-rings. I would have switched to the longer, solid screw if I had not sold the bike. Could have been user error, most people like these. Was on a CRF150rbRead All Reviews

Although not a Keihin factory jet it is of good quality. The jet size is stamped onto the bottom (as it sits in the carb) and it pretty small for this old man to read!! I installed and it fits fine and seems to be milled to the correct size.Read All Reviews
