Washer in between oil seal and outer bushing bends inward. I have 2 identical bikes, 1 bike set up for moto, 1 for GNCC. 1 fork on each bike rebuilt with this kit, 1 with new OEM parts. Washer bent on both Pivot works forks, not OEM.
