  not a bad kit

  only complaints I have with the kit is when you need to refill a size it gets pricey real quick buying the shims individually. Not sure why you have to go through hotcams to get each size in a small bulk package for a decent price. The other complaint I have is the numbers on these get very hard to read after some ride time. Still a handy little kit.

  The Valve Shim Conversion kit is awesome in that I no longer have to buy expensive buckets from Polaris. It was a little difficult to install without a valve spring compressor but they work great.

  CRF250X Cam Upgrade

  Very nice cam. Improvement was nice to sons crf250x. Had stock cam fail with rocker. Aftermarket rocker required light grinding as described in directions. Stock rocker assembly would have worked without modification. Thinking about a stage 2 for my 450r.

  Waited for what felt like a year for these to finally stock up and ordered it immediately when i was notified and was so happy to get rid of my decompression lever on my yz400f. If your on the fence buy it. Well worth it. also buy a plug for where your engine size decomp mech goes. I have also heard that installing this will change your compression readings from stock because of the "auto-decompression" mechanism. Been about 8 months with no issues.

  Hot Cams Stage 1 Intake cam

  Needed a brand new cam because my shaft spun on the cam gear. Hot cams product was perfect and had a good price. I recommend pairing it with the Hot Cams stage 1 exhaust.
