  Great value, I drilled four small mounting holes on my rear fender and I'm able to carry my sparkplug and wrench, some additional wrenches and a multi tool driver, and still fit two 16oz bottles of water. It's a snug fit but not hard to open or close.

  The panniers were built well with tons of storage. They were easy to put together. For the money I think they are a good buy. The only thing that was disappointing was the paint was chipping off in a lot of spots and I haven't even used them yet.
