Actually worked for arm pump!
I'm 6'4 novice/intermediate ride all the tracks in socal get real bad arm pump every time I ride from hanging off the back of the bike these steg pegz are a game changer set the pegz in the middle of the adjustment forced me to ride over the front and helped my technique and the grip these give you on the bike make your ridding safer, never written a review before but these are worth every dollar
