Nelson Rigg Dual Sport Saddlebags
Put them on but have not used them yet as I put them on to test the fit. I plan on using them when my son plans on doing some remote bike camping.

Nice saddle bags!
The bags seem to be good quality and fit well on my 2018 KTM 690r. Plan on taking them camping this spring! The durability is yet to be tested.

Great alternative to Wolfman or Giant Loop
Been running these on a WR250R for 2 seasons and really like them, especially for the price. Few spills and dirt naps they are still in one piece, and really not showing much wear at all. Expandable section is nice as are the d-rings on the 2 top straps across the seat. Those are great for adding another bag or just strapping down jacket/rain gear.

High quality bag for my wr250r at a reasonable price
This is a first impression and installation review, as I have not used the bags yet. I am update my review in a few months as I gain experience with these bags. First, I think it is a good value for the price - the material seems strong, the design and shape of the bags is very nice, and installation is straightforward. I am familiar with Wolfman luggage, an I don't think the Nelson Rigg bag is of lesser quality, but time will tell. One thing that I wanted to emphasize is the proper and correct placement of heat shields over an exposed exhaust. I have an FMF exhaust on my WR250R and heat shield is required. I actually have two for extra piece of mind. As you can see in the photos below, the bag mounts secure and tight over the heat shields, which need to be positioned high so as to prevent any contact between the hot surface of the exhaust and the back of the bag. I used the provided extra straps to secure the bags to my Tusk rack, and not the one with the metal "hooks" - it's just simpler and easier. Once the straps are tightened the bags feel quite secure and I am confident they can handle offroad riding without isses. Love the external pouches and the reflective areas. Overall, a great value and I am looking forward to taking these bags to Mexico for a 2-week trip in 2019!
Correct positioning of heat shields on my FMF exhaust
Bags are the right size - not too large, not tiny
Right bag rests safely on heat shield

Nice alternative to more expensive products. Quality built and functional.
Nice alternative to more expensive saddlebags. Looks good on the TW200. Not too big, just right size for a days outing. Easy to install, seems to be a quality product. I like the pockets on the bottom of the bags for putting tire irons and a few needed tools.

Great saddlebags.
These things were way handier, way better built and hold way more stuff than what I first thought. I won’t wear a backpack even on the most extreme ride now because i’ll Be sporting these babies for sure.

How are these for 2 up? Do they get in the way of passenger pegs? DR350 here.
A shopper on Feb 11, 2018
BEST ANSWER: IMO they would not work well for 2 up riding. They are fairly narrow and the width is adjustable with the zipper and they are narrower than most bags but they cover up the rear pegs on my CRF230L. They are probably better than most bags but still will get in the way. Besides that they are good quality, work well, and I'd recomend them...good bang for the buck.
will this work if i have saddle racks already on my motorcycle?
A shopper on Sep 8, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I don’t see why not. As long as your rack is not too wide the straps that go across should read just fine and the strap that goes forward to your sub frame should be plenty long also. The strap that goes back could just attach to your rack.
It’s a pretty versatile system and you shouldn’t have any trouble making it work on your bike. The bags themselves are really a lot better than they appear in the pictures and the video. I like them better (now that I’ve used them for a year) then I thought I would. What I like best is that I no longer have to wear a backpack
What are the chances that one of these could work on a late model YZ? (2014 YZ450F)
DANIEL P on Jun 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It work great on my Yamaha 2016 WR. Be aware the buckles broke on mine. It was no problem because I just ties them on. I use the bags on a 650 mile Baja desert trip with lots of whoops. I also used them on another 900 mile Baja trip, but the second time I replaced the buckles with cam buckles. I would buy them again.
