Was Too Long & Had to be Shortened
It was long by 3-5 links. I bought this from Rocky Mountain expecting it to go right on, since they have my bikes info and are usually perfect at getting me the right part for my bike. I have stock sprockets (14f & 50r) It was WAY too long and no where close at my furthest adjustment length. I even tried with a 52 on the rear and it was still insanely loose.

I didnt know i would have to shorten it myself, i dont have a chain breaker so i had to take a grinder and hammer to my brand new chain. I expected it to go right on per the "Select Your Ride" feature that finds specific parts that are suppose to fit your bike. Whats the point of that if you have to break it yourself? The links wouldnt matter if you have to break it anyways.

The price was fairly cheap, and i hope it holds up. but cant say id recommend it if you have to permanently modify/break it to work..

Wish I could have bought this in a kit with the steel sprockets and the mx chain. I ended up buying the three pieces individually and the rear was a renthal non steel but oh well these parts are made to wear out

loudest chain I have ever owned.
Had the chain for 2 weeks and after 5 rides I had to replace it because the rollers have such an excessive chatter. Chain was always kept to factory recommended tightness. Noise is so loud its audible over aftermarket exhaust on my kx450f

Good
First time using primary drive parts let’s see how they do. First impression is good recently fitted so I don’t have much to complain about.

Yes & No... Depends on Application?
Put this chain on my 18 FE501 Supermoto, mostly because of clearance issues with the rear tire, I needed a narrow chain, so non-o-ring is the ticket. The chain looks good and performs, but with just over 1,000 miles it has stretched quite a bit. To the point where I will be out of adjustment soon or removing links (which I wont do). Either way, every 200 miles Ive had to adjust. I expected these major moves after the first 300 miles or so, then thought it would slow down. Maybe its the 500cc and the fact that its a road ripper that is over taxing the chain, not sure, but I will have to try something else. Price is great, and for other applications could be a real bargain.

Good, quality chain
Good chain for the money! After the initial stretch from the first couple of Moto’s the chain is pretty solid and don’t have to make many adjustments after that.

Not a good chain..
I knew the chain would stretch the first ride. But this chain feels really bad. A lot of side to side play like a 10 year old chain. I installed with new sprockets, I'm really ocd when it comes to bike maintenance. I will replaced with a better chain asap, first primary drive chain that ive had an issue with
