Rekluse TorqDrive Motorcycle Clutch Pack

Rekluse Torq Drive Technology

RM YouTube Channel

TorqDrive is a friction disk technology designed to deliver increased performance and durability over stock. The thinner friction disks allow more disks to fit into the same space, increasing power transfer to the rear wheel. TorqDrive frictions use a steel core which has less heat expansion than traditional aluminum core, virtually eliminating clutch fade.

    Features and Benefits:
  • Improves power delivery and drive.
  • Virtually eliminates clutch fade.
  • Provides more consistent clutch lever feel and behavior.
  • Rekluse basket sleeves eliminate basket wear and notching.
  • Note: basket sleeves not applicable to KTM/Husqvarna models.

Will the stock clutch cover on an 2018 KTM 350 SXF still work with this? Or will I have to contact rekluse to order their clutch cover?
Logan B on Oct 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes the stock cover will work.
I’ve got a 2011 RMZ 450 and the clutch basket has some very slight grooves or knotches. Will the sleeves take care of that problem ?
A shopper on Jan 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes as long as the basket is not notched or grooved excessively. If the basket grooves are deep then it puts excessive load on the steel inserts and can break them. I installed this system on my 2012 RMZ 250, it worked great but I had to remove the wave spring or damper spring from the clutch stack to keep it from dragging with the clutch engaged. Other than that it works great and really puts the power of the engine to the wheel.
I can use this kit on my oem basket??
Crf450r 2013
Brandlle B on Aug 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes you will use your OEM clutch basket. Follow the instructions that will come in the kit.
So are these just replacement clutches and steels for the torque drive clutch from Rekluse?or do these drop in place of the OEM clutches and plates in a stock basket?
Michael T on Aug 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This clutch will take place of your OEM clutch plates and it uses the stock basket. It will come with sleeves to help the basket last longer. Here is a video on You Tube that will provide more information and details.
Will this fit with a Barnett basket that already has the steel edges, or do you have to switch back to oem?
Rick S on Jul 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It is recommended to go back OEM and use the Rekluse parts they provide in the kit.
If I have the Core EXP 3.0 already in my bike, will this drop in to replace the existing clutch pack? Anything else that would be required to change?
Jason P on Jun 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This particular clutch pack is made for the stock clutch components. Rekluse does make an upgrade kit, however, to turn add Torqdrive plates to your EXP 3.0 clutch. I think it's basically just the clutch plates from the RadiusCX kit. Might want to check with Rekluse.
