The Renthal Twinwall Handlebars are a design that is truly unique. With a construction that uses a 7010 T73 aluminum alloy inner bar to resist mechanical damage, and an outer bar of 7010 T6 aluminum alloy that resists extended wear, these bars are built to shrug off all sorts of damage. A cross brace adds even more support and includes Renthal’s specially developed bar pad to soften any painful impacts.

Renthal offers several different contours of bar based on the riding ergonomics of the biggest names in the motocross like Villopoto, Windham, and Carmichael. Combine this with other features like a reinforced clamping area, a knurled clutch side bar end, and multiple seals that keep water out, and you have a set of bars that makes comfort a priority and fatigue failures a thing of the past.

    Specs:
  • Revolutionary double-tube Twinwall design makes fatigue failure virtually impossible
  • 1 1/8inch clamping area reduces slippage
  • Outer tube is 7010 T73 aluminum alloy for extreme resistance to mechanical damage
  • Inner tube is high-strength 7010 T6 aluminum alloy to resist prolonger wear
  • Both inner and outer tubes are anodized to protect against corrosion and wear
  • Multiple seals are used to prevent entry of water into handlebars
  • Clutch side of bars features a knurled texture to promote grip adhesion
  • Crossbar adds rigidity while injection molded bar pad adds cushioning during an impact
  • Laser etched positioning grid helps you orient your bars

Renthal Bars are all I ever run. The Twinwalls take the impact well in hare scrambles and are harder to “tweak” than the standard 7/8 wall bars.

Renthal Twinwall 1 1/8" Handlebar
Replaced a bent original and wanted the best. Bought the Windham bend and have been happy with them. I have a lot of stuff on my bars since I dual sport and use a front rear brake also. I had to trim one spacer to make the fit perfect.

Bars look and perform great. Twin walls are stiffer than a fatbar or protaper so know before you buy.
I love the feel.

Strong Bar.
Gone through lots of bars in the last couple years. Especially winter riding. I had these bars on a YZ250x. I had a big send in the bathtub, Moab slick rock. They never bent. Screwed around with different bars on my TE 300. Couple friends managed to finally bend theres. But they took quite a beating. IMO some of the strongest bars out there. Plus Renthals bar comparison app on there website makes it easy to compare bends.

Good bar, could be improved
Great looking and durable, I like to have an old school bar so it's one of the reasons I choose these, the other is the other brands only come in black. The downside is the ODI bars definitely absorb more vibration and have a little more flex. The twinwall should get the center bar updated and be on par with the ODI at this point.

Do you need mounting brackets different than stock?
A shopper on Aug 25, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The 2015 YZ450F came with the correct size mounts. You need to check what size the stock bars are that you are replacing. If they are smaller that 1 1/8, then yes, you will need to buy the proper clamp/brackets.

A shopper on Sep 30, 2017

I am about 6ft tall, I have wider shoulders, which bend would be best?
Joe D on Mar 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: It all comes down to comfort for you as a rider, no one can quite give you advice on a certain bend you would like. However, I would go on the brand site and look for the graph that shows the sizes. In your case a higher bar with a wider width would probably work best. There should be some videos on YouTube that will help also. Good luck!

Are these compatible with the KTM power parts plastic wrap around hand guards? I have the power parts low profile ones on my OE bars...
Jamie M on Feb 2, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The hand guard compatibility is really based on the diameter of the hole at the end of the bar. As long as you have hardware to fit dimension you should be fine. As far as bracket mounting to the bar itself, it will depend on your bike. If you have an enduro model there is less real estate to work with and it may take a few times to situate the mounts where they work.
