The easiest and safest way to load a dirt bike is to use the RevArc Smart Steps with the RevArc MX Ramp; it is called the RevArc Dirt Bike Loading System. The steps and ramp self-adjust to the height of your tailgate. Stop straining your back. Stop balancing your bike with one hand while you crawl like a reptile onto the tailgate. Stop riding with your annoying cousin just because he helps you load. Simply push your bike up the ramp while you walk up four sturdy steps. You’re done.

    Ramp Specs:
  • 16 lbs of TIG Welded Aluminum
  • Works with all factory dirt bike under 500lbs
  • 96.5"L x 12"W, folds to only 49"L for easy storage
  • Length + Arch = Less Work to Load

    Smart Steps Specs:
  • 31 lbs of Powder-Coated Steel
  • 4 Large Steps are 10"L x 6"W, weight capacity up to 300lbs
  • Mounts in receiver hitch and folds for transportation with tailgate up or down
  • Perfect for lifted trucks, or smart riders who’d rather take risks on the trail than the parking lot

easy 1 person loading system
Great system for loading with only 1 person.. the steps are a bit narrow, so you do have to watch you step when backing it down, but very solid and well built

Rev Arc really dropped the ball on quality control end product safety testing.
Rev arc really dropped the ball on quality control and product safety test. The idea of the product is great and the product would be great if they have done a little more research on their product before they put it on the market. The cross piece at the base of the steps Is nowhere near wide as it should be to provide stability while walking up and down the steps. The steps themselves are wider than the base piece so while on the upper steps they provide too much leverage over the base piece which causes wobbling back-and-forth making you feel very unsafe and unstable why do you have a motorcycle in your hands. The steps themselves have very little surface contact points. The manufacturer recognize this due to the fact that they put a note in the box that recommends that you be sure to try and place your steps exactly in the middle of the steps and wear shoes that will give you more stability. On the question of quality the welds on the hands flanges are terrible. As soon as I open the box I found a couple of the wells which had been painted had popped open from the inside and we’re rusted. This is a clear indication the metal was not properly prepared and clean before welding. That’s what causes popcorn welds like the ones on my steps. Using the steps I had to be extremely careful backing down the steps with the motorcycle wow on the upper two steps and be very careful that my motorcycle was backing down the ramp properly. It felt extremely wobbly and unsafe until I got to the lower to steps Rolling the bike up the steps what is the same experience when you got to the upper two steps. This would be a great product with a few minor improvements and a little better quality control before leaving the shop. I love the ramp design and there’s no problems with the ramp. This is not the fault of Rocky Mountain they took my order and shipped very quickly which is usually the case. I love Rocky Mountain ATV -MC.

Solo or w/ the lady
Great for when riding solo or with the lady. I have a Dodge 1500 on a 6" lift and 37" tires and I can load and unload on any surface by myself no problem. I put a 3 for durability, because the red paint on the steps is starting to peel after two days of riding.

Good Deal
Great idea . Makes loading ez . I'm in my 50's . If I were to do it again , I would just buy 2 ramps . The steps are nice but heavy ( built really well ) . Plus you drop the tailgate to unload it , then put the tailgate up to install into the receiver, then drop the gate to put ramp in place . Strap to hold ramp is nice idea .

Great for lifted trucks
I've owned this for about a year and a half and have a 4in lift on my truck and it is great. Makes loading the bike on your own easy to do. It stores well while driving and sticks out far enough where you can have your tailgate down. I have received many complainants on this on the track for how smart it is to have them

Nice and Easy
This system makes it really easy to load a dirt bike. I have a 2019 Toyota Tundra and it works awesome, not too steep and the stairs are very stable. I would definitely recommend this item . I'm over 50 and needed something to make loading up fool proof and I'm thankful for the Rev Arc system!

Gets the job done
My truck is high and I'm only 5'7" I wanted a way to load the bike safely by myself. The ramp works good although it does flex some in the middle. Not an issue it just feels strange at first. The steps are a little cumbersome, but work. Takes some getting used to.

This system rocks
Works great on my truck, much more stability with steps/curved ramp than using a standard narrow ramp and a bike stand for a step. My tailgate sits high so this was a great option

Works great
I like the systems compactness which makes it easy when traveling and storing in the garage. I was able to load and unload very easily. For dudes like me (over 50) this is a great system.

Thinking about buying the RevArc Loading System. Unloading looks pretty easy. Just step slowly and carefully. But how is it for loading? I'm afraid I might miss a step when running the bike up the ramp. Would it be better to just buy 2 ramps?
James M on Feb 23, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I have utilized the set for a lifted truck, which ultimately increased the angle of the ramp.. And so far I have not missed a step. I believe it was made to suit those with a higher truck height, but I imagine it being easier on a standard truck! Its weird to get used to, but it is definitely pretty convienient and a smooth loading process. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and definitely recommend you give it a shot!
Will the stairs still fold up with the tailgate down?
Travis I on Jan 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Yes, they will as there is a hinge in the middle of them. They are secure as can be withe strap provided and how they sit in the gate.
Dose it fit class 5 hitch receiver?
GLEN H on Mar 28, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Not unless you get the adapter insert. I found mine at tractor supply for about $12-15. Simple fix. Steps make loading/unloading so much easier.
does the ramp have a "lip" or is it higher along the sides?
Candi S on Oct 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: The ramp sits on the edge of the tail gate. For added stability, it comes with a strap that you can use to attach (we usually attach to the bumper) to prevent it from sliding or kicking out while loading/unloading. My husband loves it and gets compliment/question on it every time were at a track.
Will ramp work for truck lifted to 12”?
A shopper on Dec 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It should. I use it on my 2016 Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel 4x4. I use an 8" drop hitch for my trailer towing. The system works great makes loading and unloading a bike one person operation. The angle may be a little steeper on your truck than mine.
Are the steps intended to be left in the reciever when traveling?
Ben G on Oct 8, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No, after loading bike, steps slide out of hitch, and fold up...then place in bed of truck. Easy system to use
