Details

The Risk Racing Lock-n-Load Moto Transport System is a new way to secure your bike during transport without using inconvenient tie-downs or unstable chocks. Instead, the Lock-N-Load uses a clever floor-mounted pair of locking jaws to clamp downwards onto your motorcycle’s foot pegs.

With the foot pegs secured, your bike stays upright, supported, and firmly braced against any movement during transportation. Using this form of support, the Lock-n-Ride greatly reduces pressure on your fork seals, saves space, and enables you to ride your bike directly into loading position.

The Lock-n-Load system can be mounted on a trailer or in the bed of a truck using the adapter plates (sold separately). If you’re not transporting your bike, the Lock-N-Load’s upper tower assembly is easily removed without any tools, and the mounting plates left behind are low-profile to stay out of your way.

    Specs:
  • All hardware included
  • Truck bed adapter plates are available to span the corrugated bed of your truck (sold separately)
  • Greatly reduce pressure put on your fork seals
  • Get rid of messy straps, wheel chocks, and floor anchors
  • Have more space for gear or even additional machines
  • Drive your bike right up to the anchor points for quick loading
  • Through allows use of locking pin for redundant security
  • Locking point lets your secure your bike with a padlock for theft prevention
  • Load bikes shroud to shroud and fit more in one space while still having complete access
  • Upper assembly quickly releases from the floor leaving low-profile mounting plate behind
  • Removing upper assembly does not require tools
  • Low-profile mounting plate features additional D-ring for added mounting options
  • Extra trailer plates are available (sold separately)
  • Measuring from the outside of the foot pegs this will fit bikes 18"-20" wide with a foot peg height of 15"-17.5" tall.
  • Watch our videos to see the Risk Racing Lock-N-Load Moto Transport System in use
  • To use the Lock-n-Load: Rotate the knobs into the lock position and roll or ride your bike into the trailer until your foot pegs hit the open jaws of the Lock-N-Load. Then step on the upper jaws and they will automatically lock into place. To release your bike, simply rotate the knobs into the release position and step on the top jaws. This will automatically release the jaws and free your motorcycle. For additional safety, insert the attached locking pins prior to transport. You can replace the locking pins with pad locks for added security and theft deterrence.

Innovative way to load bikes quickly
Put these in my toy hauler to eliminate the need for tie downs. They clamp well on the foot pegs and hold the bikes very tight.

Great lock n load system
I’ve had this system for over a year or two now and it has yet to fail me. I sometimes will even wash my bike with bike locked in on the trailer so it’s getting wet in the process. Makes loading the bike fast and easy

Don’t buy this one buy the more expensive one that the clamps slid off then roll bike one then slide them back.
Thing won’t let me roll any of my bikes threw xr 250,xr400 xr600r crf250rally. The xr s shifter and brake pedal won’t clear. The rally’s body work is to wide send it back

First thing you should know, if you're ordering this for a 2 stroke you need to back your bike into it. Do not run your bike straight at it it will ding your exhaust.. lesson learned the hard way. Xc-w 300 ding... Honda cr250 four stroke no problems..
Second thing you should know , if you're using these to save your suspension? Dont! It put more pressure on mine than strapping it down

Good Product
Makes loading two dirt bikes in an enclosed trailer very easy and I like that it doesn’t put much pressure on the front forks. It is a little expensive but Worth it.

Makes loading and unloading a breeze. Seems like it needed a small break in period to lock and unlock consistently. Other than that it has worked great.

I have a side door toy hauler, so my KTM 450EXC rides "sideways" as we roll down the road. I'm concerned about the side to side action of the bike as we stop and go front to back hauling the trailer. With the bike supported this way, mounted to a wood floor, will it fall out of the brackets?
Richard H on Mar 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Hi Richard: I have checked with my son, Mike and he said as long as you follow the instructions on installing the lock-n-load stands, you should be OK. Once the stands are bolted to the floor of your hauler and you put your bike in the stand, you have to lock it to the stand. They will be racing at Lake Sugartree this coming weekend and Mike will know more about how the bikes do in the stands. Hope this helps. Let us know how it works for you. Charlene Carroll
what exactly comes with the lock n load transport system?
Chris G on Mar 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This kit comes with the two locking mechanisms and all the mounting hardware needed for install.
Will this hold my 2016 yz250f on a flat bed trailer?
David O on Aug 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I purchased 5 of these and have them mounted in my enclosed trailer. I haul a 2016 YZ 250, 2016 KX250F and some smaller bikes and have never had an issue with one moving or falling. I have trailered them to Colorado and back plus all over the midwest with no issues. I would not see an issue with flat bed trailer but I might put a strap on for safety since you don't have walls.
Can this product be mounted on a trailer with a wood floor, or does it need to be metal? Thanks,
A shopper on Sep 14, 2017
BEST ANSWER: We have it mounted to a travel trailer floor which is wood under laminate. We plan to get another set of the bases to use in our small trailer as well that has a wood floor. These stands are awesome! I cant believe I didnt find them sooner. Alot of years using tie downs & other stands. These are worth every penny!
Will the Risk Racing Lock-N-Load system work with the Fastway Air EXTENDED Motorcycle Foot Pegs?
Keith C on Jul 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: If they are a little wider peg yes but, if they have the extra little peg extention that sticks out in front or behind then no it will not work.
How do these work on 50s and 65s?
A shopper on Mar 17, 2018
BEST ANSWER: They wont work for that size, if you get the lock and load jr it fits an 85 and then the regular lock and load fits 125 to 450.
Is there something that holds front wheel to keep it from turning during transport?
DERIK T on Nov 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: No, there is not.
The bike will be pulled down by clamps thus holding wheels still. If the wheel was to move it would not effect the hold the clamps have on your foot pegs.
DavidG
will this work for a crf 150r small wheel (abit taller then 85 small wheel but not much)?
A shopper on Oct 11, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Definitely. You may possibly have to lift it, maybe? Regardless, it beats using annoying straps.
Has anyone installed these in a toy hauler with a fuel tank under the floor? My toy hauler's gas tank site below the garage, so I'm a little apprehensive drilling into my floor.

Anyone have knowledge or installed them with this issue?
DONALD C on May 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Hi Donald: I am Christopher's Grandmother and I have checked with his Dad about installing Lock-n-Load System. Do you know the thickness of the plyboard on your hauler? He says normally it is 3/4 in. thick. Also check the length of the screws used to install them. Their hauler has gas tank under it but not near the area where they are installed. Hope this helps; C. Carroll
When installing this system into a full size Chevy express van, which plates do I need...??
jonathan l on Oct 24, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Jonathan: have you checked with Rocky Mount about which plates you need to get to install your lock-n-load system in your Chevy van. The ones Christopher has the plates came with the stands. Ask Rocky Mount if you should get the truck bed adapter plates. Lot depends on type of floor in your van. Hope this helps.

Thanks for asking.
