Seems fine with the exception that the piping on the edges looks very UV and wear vulnerable. Seems pricey for what it is. Zipper and flap look very good quality. Generally really am impressed with Tusk products but this one is a bit less than stellar...

Tusk Aluminum Panniers

Mounted on Outback Mototek pannier racks.
I just returned from a weekend trek using these panniers and loved them. In assembling them, I recommend what others have already recommended and putting locktight on every screw, bolt/nut, and the lock mechanism assembly. So far so good, nothing rattled apart. I have mounted these on my Tenere 700 my existing Outback Mototek pannier racks. I used the existing x-frame and a hardware kit from Happy-trails.

What a great product!
A great bag that's very water resistant and holds small essential stuff really well. I keep my registration, proof of insurance, a tire gauge, spark plug, a survival knife and a few others plus my cell phone. It works very well, I have one on each dirt bike.

Well made, but within 300 miles of riding with these installed i noticed that the molded handles wear away the paint which they sit on. Cannot give 5 stars in finish because of this.

Great concept good quality
Really I?d rate 4.5 stars for the buckles. The straps are well made with quality stitching and materials. But the smaller plastic buckles can be a little frustrating with gloves on.

Great rack for the price. Would love an option for a symmetric rack. One that keeps the right side as close the left. You don't need it to stick out that far if you've upgraded to a muffler that doesn't stick out.
