    Great Product
Easy installation, mounted to the rear rack of my utility atv to run a sprayer for controlling weeds on our various properties. The fuse holder can be disassembled to fit the wire through tight areas, just use a small flat head screw driver. Would recommend buying.

    Cheap and does the job
Used to power a small USB charger in my tank bag. Easy to install and wiring was plenty long enough to reach from under the seat into my tank bag.

    Perfect for my DR 650
Installed this on the handlebar of my DR 650 and it fit perfectly. It works great and gets the job done. It was at a good price point. I can't speak to it's reliability yet but it appears to be well constructed.

Pretty good, but loose for some chargers
Used on it one ride so far. It fit into the hole already provided on the africa twin and is much cheaper than the Honda oem outlet. Seemed a little loose for my phone charger though requiring a little jiggle to begin charging my phone. Otherwise water cap is tight and will keep water out and wires were long enough to run directly to the battery.

This is a good kit and easy install especially for ktm 1090 adv r. They already have a hole in the dash that is the right size and the wiring is already under that plug in the dash.

    Wiring
It worked well, but the wires are to short. I had a 2016 KLR650, the wires dictated where I could mount it and I barely got it onto the handle bars with enough slack for bar movement.

What's the best way to run this on a KLR650? asking whether to run directly to the battery terminals, or use the AC port that's in the front fairing... Any pros and cons?
    Paul M on Jul 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I ran it directly to the battery on my KLR650. The upside is you can run or charge what ever is plugged in even with the bike off, the downside is you can run what ever is plugged in when the bike is off which can drain your battery. I haven't had a problem, you just got to be on top of what you have plugged in. I only really use mine for GPS and my phone. I do have a mini compressor I carry with me in case of a mid trail tube change but thankfully haven't had to use it yet.
Noticed my usb adapter stays lit when plugged into outlet even when bike is off. Does this outlet draw power when nothing is in it?
    David S on Apr 15, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I don't believe there are any electronics on the plug, so no it will not draw any current with nothing plugged in to it. I've had mine for over a year on my bike and my battery is always fresh.
Does this use a cigarette lighter plug?
    Nekneh on Oct 4, 2018
BEST ANSWER: If you're asking if things that plug into a cigarette lighter fit in this 12 volt power socket, the answer is yes.
    What is the wire gauge?
    Vlad T on Apr 12, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I'm guessing 16ga, it came with a 15amp fuse, I did not use it, the wires are short and wont even make it from the battery to handlebars on a small dirt bike. Will send it to you for shipping costs only if we can figure out how to do it, I'm in Phoenix, AZ.
Is it possible I remove the socket from the bracket so that I can just mount it flush in the side of my headlight shell?
    Shaun Y on Jan 15, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I mounted the power socket to the handle bars. How ever, instructions indicated that the unit could be installed to the dash, fender or fairing. Good Luck.
anyone know what ga the wire is i need to add some more to it??
