These are replacement extension straps for the Tusk Pilot Pannier Bags. There are QTY 8 strips of Hook & Loop and QTY 8 1” D-rings. These can be used to extend the straps in the case that your pannier racks are smaller, but they are also replaceable items that are meant to protect the straps that are sewn into the Tusk Pilot bag.
