I like how flexible this hose is. It is also very easy to cut. I love this fuel line.

I have a 1998 KTM 200 EXC that I bought used, and have been giving it the TLC it deserves. I determined that the stock carb has a worn out needle jet, or some other problem that is not solved by the standard clean and rebuild procedure. I decided to pick up this QA PWK 38 clone for my bike, even though I didn't have any luck finding other reviews of people using it on a KTM 200 EXC. I did find some people using them on CR250s with good success. A couple of them said that they ended up using a larger than expected size for the pilot jet, and I found that to be true for my KTM 200 as well. I got OEM Keihin jets for the pilot and main, which I recommend, and ended up with a pilot jet 2 sizes larger than factory. Main jet is OEM spec. I did move the clip on the needle up one position. After those changes, the bike runs flawlessly! It seems well jetted across the RPM range. I wish I had a new OEM PWK 38 to compare to, but I am very happy with the performance. PS. Don't trim the vent line that comes of the bottom of the float bowl. Loop it up and over the top, kind of like the other lines, to take up the excess. This, allegedly, improves MPG.

Comes with different sizes. Only complaint is I wish it came with more smaller-sized clamps for carb hoses. However, it came with enough to do my whole carburetor and a few other breather hoses on the bike, just wish it had extra being that I dont use the big clamps. Durability and look are great, adds to the new look on my old bike build.

Direct replacement for a Polaris at half the price. The only downside is it does not have the alignment mark that the stock pump does, so make sure to mark your tank where the fuel line is pointing to get it lined back up correctly.
