  • Twin Air Liquid Dirt Remover Cleaning Tub

    Jose in FL

Works well but too well. Beware.

Overall it worked amazing . It removed the dirt from the filter and left it looking better than new. BUT and this is a big BUT, it weakened the glue significantly on my oem filter( I like to use oem filters because more seat of the pants throttle response) where it mates with the air box and the rubber gasket that the air filter intake screen slips into. It caused it to separate and render a 4 ride air filter useless. Practically still new filter in the trash. I will try using twin air filters and see if they hold up better , also I will try and reduce the recommended time of soaking the filter in the bucket so the glues don't fail. Otherwise Ill go right back to using foam cleaner which also did the job but didn't ruin the glues.
