Armored Jackets and Vests

So my BF bought one for dirt biking about 3 years ago? he recently asked for another for Christmas so he doesn't have to cart it back and forth to our cabin during snowmobiling season, as he is also an avid snowmobiler and snow biker, who is often out in rough terrain. While he still gets some bumps and bruises it's nothing compared to what he would have without it. But that's the price you play for playing hard! GET SOME!

They do the job well. I forget I'm wearing them. Then whenever I stop, I curse the velcro straps for being such a pain to redo. Maybe one day I'll get the hang of them.

I think it runs a little on the small side but when I removed the back protection it fit very well. I use a backpack and didn't want the back armor so it's very comfortable that way. I rode 50 miles of ruff trail Monday and it was not noticeable at all. It was only 55 deg. though and may prove to be hot this summer. I can't say anything about durability because I only used it once.

It has a lot of protection which I like. It's comfortable however the back armor rubs on your spine. It needs a little more padding. After a couple of days of riding it begins to bother me. But it is surprisingly cool. Also the video is wrong. It's very easy to put on by yourself. Just flip the armor over your head after zipping up the front. Don't undo the top straps.

Super solid protection. I wear the chest protector portion on top of my Jersey. The rib protection and kidney belt are sure nice to have. I feel safer riding in this.
