  • A.R.C. Packable Jacket

    Rob in CO

Confident it will do the job.

Fit was spot on and is very comfortable over armor and jersey. Good looking jacket. No opportunity to test in heavy rain, but confident it will perform well. Definitely staying in the tail bag ready for high country riding.

  • Klim Dakar Jacket

    steve in CA

    Brilliant jacket

I got a 'free' Klim Badlands suit when I bought my 1190 in 2015. I have been wearing that since and its an amazing piece of kit....when its cooler. I live in SoCal and just dont need that much stuff when it gets warm and there is no chance of rain. Decided to buy the Dakar in light grey and wear either some Mojave or older Dakar pants that I have had for years. I spend the better part of a day in 95 degree heat in the dirt a week back and it was incredible how comfortable it was. I wore a Leatt 5.5 body armor and wont do that again when its that hot. Ended up buying the Klim D30 armor for the back, elbows, and shoulders and it fit fine. The Badlands has its place for either wet or cold but the Dakar is going to my go to for about 3/4 of the year.

    A.R.C. Jacket...with out a doubt

Phenomenal jacket at an amazing price. Amazing quality. Love the fit and the versatility. Plenty of storage. With the liner in I have been able to ride comfortably in the damp low 40’s at night. Would definitely recommend to other riders.

  • Oxford Montreal 3.0 Jacket

    Zachary in NH

    Decent jacket

Fit's well and has plenty of size adjustment options. Some cons for me: Too many zipper pulls and flaps on the jacket. My major complaint about this jacket is the lack of any zippered pockets on the front of the jacked.. I would have liked to see zippers instead of velcro for the front pockets. Overall, it is well worth the price, very comfortable and adjustable.

  • Crosswind Apex Mesh Jacket

    Dylan in UT

You get what you pay for...

First off the size runs small. I’m usually a XL/XXL so I bought a XXXL to fit comfortable and it was tighter than my XXL jacket by a lot. The length could be a little longer as it rides up even though it has Velcro straps to adjust and a few of the zippers get stuck often im sure that’s because it’s a cheaper jacket. The quality is good so far, the matching gloves I got of this brand ripped putting them on so I don’t really know how well these products would protect. It’s better than nothing and for price it’s reasonable but you get what you pay for. I would only recommend this product if you can’t afford something better.
