Dainese has updated and refined their lineup by adding the Tempest D-Dry Short Gloves, a waterproof, insulated glove that’s versatile enough to cover cold weather commuting, touring, and sport riding.
Built off a foundation of comfortable suede and durable synthetic, the Tempest manages to balance a good amount of protection with a fit that has minimal break in, and a slightly more American cut than other Dainese gloves.
More importantly, behind the hard knuckles and elasticated motion panels, the Tempest sports baked in waterproofing and breathability from the D-Dry liner as well as a good bit of insulation that really lets it thrive in that two to three season cold weather range.
Combined with a short cuff that easily tucks under your sleeve and a sportier feel than other cold weather gloves, the Dainese Tempest D-Dry Short Glove offers a lot for the price.
