Holy Moly! Let me just say that I have gone through a lot of boots but none like this. I have always ran boots considered budget friendly I've heard a lot of good things about the tech series and was planning on buying the tech 3's, they were sold out everywhere so I went with the tech 5. These boots are incredibly comfortable and light. For not being considered waterproof, they go a long way to keeping moisture out while keeping your feet cool. If I was forced to find a complaint with these, I would say the sole tread could be more aggressive. My pegs aren't grippy but the boots never slip off. The issue is walking around. It could be to scope out a section of trail or taking a quick break, these things don't really have the tread to walk around on. But these things are so good in every other aspect I couldn't care less. They are comfortable and bend at the toe in a way that helps you walk naturally, I'm an exact size 11 and these fit perfectly. I've gone rode for about 16 hours in these and will update this if the durability category changes.Read All Reviews

i have been using gaerne for a while now but this time i could not be happier with the quality and how it fits. easy to wear my knee braces and it doesn't get in the way when riding. for durability, if it's just like the other i had in the past it should be on top of the chart. may come back to change it if it falls short.Read All Reviews

came out of T7s, mainly for water resistance... also i like the hard plastic around the toe area for hard enduro technical protection. they are so far water resistant when im spraying them off with the hose after a ride. i have great faith in them for riding through wet brush. they are pretty comfy (the 2TA only for me!I tried a 3TA, way too tight in ankle, SRS both were like midevil torture devices in several sizes.) the ankle area was a little tight on my stupid bony ankles but jam a big ball peen hammer into the ankle, buckle them down and a couple nights by the woodstove thats fixed. good feel, solid support.Read All Reviews
