I had wrist surgery to repair some torn ligaments and needed a brace to be able to ride my mountain bike. The retention system in this brace makes it so that there is nothing between your hand and the bar grips so I can ride without getting any irritation on my palms from a seam pressing into my hand. I like this liner better than the liner that comes with the brace. The original liner goes around your middle finger while the new liner goes around the ring and pointer fingers. This seems to spread the load more evenly between your fingers during wrist flexion. Overall it is more comfortable in my opinion.Read All Reviews
