  So happy I got these I beefed my XR and went down hard. I may have really did damage, causing lots of misery, as I landed on a rock, elbow-first. They remind me of hockey pads. They stay in place and don't chafe. They are comfortable under multi layers. I won't EVER ride without these, again.
