    Odd fit on the XL
I ordered an extra large as that is the size of every jacket I own. I’m sorry to say the fit was oddly right across the shoulders. So much so that I checked to see if it wasn’t a large. It was not. Unfortunately this jacket had to go back and I’m waiting on the XXL to see how that fits. I’m hoping it won’t be huge around the waist. Seems to be well made but I can’t do better than 3 stars for the fit issue.

    Winter Riding Jacket
Minus a packable foul weather jacket I never really liked the looks or idea of most purpose built riding jackets.

Bought this Jacket a month ago prior to a night ride across the desert. I wear a Leatt Fusion 3.0 and needed a jacket that would fit the roost guard and neck brace while keeping me warm. I am just under 6' and weigh 220 and ordered large, which fits well with or without armor. The high when we left was 35 and the low during the ride was 19 when we got back to the house. I wore this jacket, the armor and thermal top and was pretty comfortable the whole ride even at speeds up to 75 MPH+ on the two track after leaving the singles.

Since then I have worn it in a light rain for an hour and stayed dry. Also, I do some cross-training (trials on my enduro) during the chilly parts of the morning before my swing shift. I'll zip-off the sleeves and throw a hoodie under the jacket, which keeps me warm while going fast, but also breathes when the heart rate rises and the bike slows down in the heavy stuff.

Overall, I am very happy with the jacket and will continue to beat the heck out of it until the heat returns.

Excellent replacement for my 9yr old "Good Rider" shell.
Cold weather riding with this Fly Black OPs, a KLIM Traverse jacket.

Removable sleeves are quite handy, jacket to vest.

    Warm and waterproof
I am 6'1" and 200 lbs. I have a 44" chest. I purchased the XL The length came to just below or even with the beltline. The sleeves have a nice fit and completely cover the wrist. I have enough room to comfortably wear the EVS sports ballistics G6 jersey under the jacket. I wore the jacket outside during a steady rain and did not get wet nor did I feel the wind.

    Comfortable and durable
Our series gave these jackets as awards and they are hit amongst the riders. Great fit and the hold up well to nature's beatings.

    Awesome, well worth the money!
Fit is very good. It is a very warm jacket and I love the neck brace zipper on the neck.

Does this jacket run small or big or just right?
    Robert B on Dec 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I wear a large in every jacket and that's that I got from fly, it has enough room to wear a sweatshirt underneath but doesn't whip around while riding without one either.
