Strap broke with less than 15 hours of riding time. I take care of my gear and don't ride very often. Since its beyond one year they are out of warranty. now I have a useless pair of boots. Fox quality is terrible. Not what is used to be. I had a pair of alpinestars for 20 years, I should at least get 5-10 years out of a pair of fox boots! NOPE. Never buying fox again.
The fit is for me exactly one size larger than my regular boot size. Comfort is good , a little tight on left ankle ,but hope this is just short lived, will know better after the brake in. They are very protective and that was one of my primary goals in the purchase. Haven't had them long enough to know durability but they seem very tough.
I was overall skeptical on purchasing a premium boot. I was not sure that they warranted the price. The fox instinct boots were broken in right out of the box, no need to have to do those uncomfortable rides where the boots are not broken in. Great protection and great buckle system as well. Not to mention that the all white and chrome looks really nice
